VERY IMPORTANT: You need to be very clear on who your target audience is and what you believe are
the gaps of knowledge that you are going to address- what your course will achieve
Target Audience
My understanding of your target audience: Not professionals in this area. Individuals who are either
investors or want to invest/ understand the Indian Debt Market (This is arrived at based on my telecom
with Vidhi)
Creating an Interactive E Learning Module
1. Consider using a pre-test to sort them out, and even allowing the more advanced learners to opt
out of content that is too elementary for them.
2. Multiple Intelligence
Use the variety of media available in e-Learning to serve different learning styles, such as
auditory and visual learners. Use narration, graphics, and text, but not necessarily all at the
same time.
To make learning fun create you program mascot (on the lines of Chintamani ICICIPru
who will take your learner through the program
3. Type of activities to use through the module
a. Know activities ask learners to retrieve and maybe categorize or explain information.
b. Use activities ask learners to apply information to realistic situations.
c. Provide a gate that learners must pass before they advance to more content

Different participants; primary and secondary market for debt instruments in India
Investor needs met by different debt instruments
Know Activities:
Simple MCQ: List of securities: Use to identify if they are debt or not

Provide investment expectation and help user to identify the right debt instrument with
MCQ on reasoning

Content:

Know Activities:
Click and drag: A match the description to the instrument
Use Activity
Create mini scenarios that involve user in identifying the right term that needs to be used
for the explanation provided
