Even a survey was conducted by me to find the level of stress in employee.
Data can be of two types :
1) Primary source of data
2) Secondary source of data
Primary data is the data which is collected through a survey, this data is new
in terms of information, it is not being copied from any other source . It can
be processed to further enhance the information. The information collected
can be used in other forms to make the data more innovative, easy to
understand ,practically more feasible to see it. In a survey, data can be
collected through the means of observation, personal interview, telephonic
interviews, mailing of questionnaires, etc.
Secondary data is the data which is collected through other sources of
information . It is not a fresh data it has been copied from other sources . it
gives a knowledge about the topic but has been seen and utilized by others
also. It can be taken from newspapers, magazines , books, internet , and

FINDINGS
CONCLUSION
This project report is the fulfillment of the summer project based on the topic
Stress Management In Corporate Sector. In the last we would like to conclude
that stress is an internally harming factor which does not allow us to work properly.
Stress a major barrier in the development of a human being.
We conclude that stress has affected a lot to humans. Now we need to be aware and
have to find suitable tackling ways so that it can not affect us in the long run.
If you have to get out of it then only you can ,no one else can do it for you. Dealing
with stress and managing it is no big deal only you have to put in effort to try to
escape from it.
You may feel like that stress in your life is out of your control but it can always
control the way you respond.
The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over
another.
It is not stress that kills us it is our reaction to it.
