Ejercicios escritos de clarificacin de valores
Autoregistro de evaluacin del grado en que la vida cotidiana se emprenden
Proceder con la EPR del modo usual (jerarqua, iniciar por tem
moderado, modelado, etc.)

No hay por el momento estudios controlados aleatorizados de los tratamientos
basados en mindfulness para el TOC
Estudio retrospectivo pre-post de 139 pacientes TOC severo (puntuaciones YBOCS 30,64,8) El 96% de los pacientes no respondieron o rechazaron dos o
ms tratamientos E+RP y medicacin anteriores. Protocolo: Mindfulness Based
Behavioral Therapy (MBBT) : Integracin de entrenamiento en mindfulness
informal (mtodo de 4 pasos de Schwartz) con EPR prolongada e intensiva.
Resultados: 60% de reduccin en puntuaciones Y-BOCS
