Specialty Leasing Agent/Director
Successfully launched and directed all vital phases of the Specialty Leasing program for a 1.2 million
square foot premier, luxury regional shopping center, from the Grand Opening in 2001, for the past
15 years. Executed and achieved all department revenue goals to produce a thriving sales program
that positively impacted net operating income for the company every year, while also streamlining
and minimizing expenses to yield an exceptional profitability. Developed and maintained a strong,
productive core of retailers that added bottom line value by increasing customer perception and
brand recognition of the shopping center to make it the #1 performing center on Floridas West
Coast. Additionally contributed to department success by mentoring and training other Specialty

program for a 1.3 million square foot regional shopping center from retailer identification to
successful store opening at the shopping center. Supervised daily performance of the department
Administrative Assistant and delegated daily responsibilities and conducted annual performance
evaluations. Developed and trained new employee counterparts for the department as well.
Key Accomplishments:
Promoted from previous position to successfully develop and launch the new Specialty
Leasing Department being initiated at the shopping center

Created and produced a Specialty Leasing Sales Presentation for prospective clients that was

Worked in conjunction with Marketing Director to manage all functions of advertising, promotions,
events, budgeting, public relations and tenant relations for 1.3 million square foot regional shopping
center. Directed the coordination and implementation of all special events at the center. Planned
and organized the marketing and image campaign, media buys and ad design for centers re-
positioning campaign in 1996. Produced and distributed press releases to media, center newsletters
and tenant correspondence. Prepared and maintained monthly budget and financial reports and was
directly involved in writing the yearly Marketing Business Plan.
