Fuel (coal) air damper control loop will be tripped to manual if any of the following conditions exist:
Feed rate signal failed
Open fuel air damper command (From FSSS)
Close fuel air damper command (From FSSS)
*The opening command is removed once the post purge time has expired and all opening conditions are removed
instantaneously for fuel air dampers F-K and for A-E with 30 sec time delay. The close command is extended with a time
delay of 50 sec after the corresponding feeder is out of service.
