PREFACE

In modern days of industrialization, the practical training becomes

a requirement in every field of education, which is imported to the student and
makes aware him about the business environment and working condition. This
training helps the students to bring at and exhibit his qualities, which the
student cannot exhibit in theoretical training.

Under this practical training at managerial level, student has to be

in company, work there, collect relevant information and prepare a project
report on the visit

In accordance with Third year B.B.A. syllabus, I have

undergone my practical training at Green Cross Remedies , sidhpur.
During 27th October to 11th November 2013. This practical training has helped
me to get working condition of this organization.

I am glad to present my report based on the training of Green

cross remedies. I have tried my level best to provide more and much needed
information about the firm. Even though any mistake made by me, please
pardon me.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
As a part of practical training, I visited Green Cross Remedies
located at Sidhpur and completed my industrial training. My training period
was very pleasant and interesting due to whole hearted co-operation of
management i.e. Board of directors and personnel of Green Cross Remedies.

ethical promotion.
In 1996-97 companies started getting bulk business from institute the
GREEN CROSS REMEDIES Company is a large-scale company GREEN
CROSS REMEDIES has started its full-fledged production and commercial
activities in the year 1993.
In personnel department I knew the working condition of the workers,
recruitment selection and induction programs, training and management
department, promotion and transfer policy, wages and salary administration
performance appraisal system and employees facilities.

GREEN CROSS REMEDIES company is producing for various

medical specialties like gynecologists, physicians, others the GREEN CROSS
REMEDIES includes antibiotics, multivitamins, haemostatic, anti allergic,
anathematic, antitussive and natural product GREEN CROSS REMEDIES
