KUM-RECHO, guitar solo competition:

The event is powered by Hotel Singhason and produced by AntariX. The organizer has decided to award
to the:
Winner:
Cash Prize of 10,000 along with certificate.
1st Runners up:
Cash Prize of 3000 along with certificate.
nd
2 Runners up:
Cash Prize of 2000 along with certificate.
And not to worry guys, there will be a surprise gift hamper for the audience and best dress award for
both male and female.

Rules and regulations:


1. Registration for KUM-RECHO, guitar solo competition starts from 29th March, 2016 and last
date of registration is 4th May, 2016 at 4 pm. Registration can be done either online or offline.
2. Registration fee for the competition is 250.
3. All the participants have to bring their own gear. Whereas, guitar amp will be provided by the
organizer.
4. Participants are directed to take care of their own belongings. In case of the belonging being
stolen or lost, the organizer shall not be responsible for such loss.
5. 5 minutes will be allotted to each participant during audition and 10 minutes will be given
during Final.
6. Two backing tracks will be given to the participant. A participant has to select only one track of
his own choice which has to be played in final round. Wherein, participant has to bring the track
of his own choice for the audition round.
7. The participants are requested to report on both the days 1 hour before the programme start.
Failing which, the participant will be treated as disqualified.
8. TA will not be provided by the authority.

Online Registration:
1. Participants can apply online only from 29.03.2016 to 04.05.2016.
2. Pre-Requisites for Applying Online Before applying, participants should(i) scan their
photographs ensuring that the photograph should have good quality. (ii) have a valid personal
email ID, which should be kept active till the completion of the event. (iii) have active mobile
number since SMS will be sent to registered number for further communication.
3. The organizer will send e-receipt for the Event through the registered e-mail ID. In case a
participant does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID
before applying on-line and must maintain that email account.
4. E-receipt has to be shown during check-in to obtain Participant Pass. No participant will be
allowed to enter the premises without Participant Pass duly stamped and signed by the
authority.
5. For registration, please go to www.antarixdiphu.in and click on Events and follow the below
steps.
6. Fill in all the details as asked. Make sure you have read the terms and condition before you click
on submit.

7. Once you have submitted the form, you will be receiving a confirmation message through SMS
with registration number. E-receipt will be sent to you in your mail box. You need to take the
print out of e-receipt and check-in on audition day (the delivery of SMS/e-mail may be delayed).
8. Online payment cannot be done during registration. Hence payment has to be done on the day
of audition at the check-in counter only.
9. Participant Pass will be provided to you once cash payment is done at the check-in counter.

Offline Registration:
Registration starts from 2nd April, 2016 to 2nd May, 2016.
Forms are available at Next to Skin store Near Member Hostel, Diphu.
Acknowledgement letter will be provided on submission of form by paying 250 cash.
Acknowledgement letter has to be brought on the audition day and submit at check-in counter
to obtain Participant Pass. Without Participant Pass, no participant will be allowed to contest.
