Dear Rager,
Yes, in the given chart, Saturn's aspect on 4'th as well as moon,
further Rahu on cancer and 4'th lord Venus going to scorpio is the cause
of the child not getting mother's love, affection and company, however,
Jup's aspect is helping this child, mother might be sick also.
Pls put further queries to other's not to me, as I am not going to
respond in future becoz of environment building here.
