1.0 Approval of Previous Minutes


1.1 The Minutes of PTG Meeting No. 067 was approved without
corrections.

Project Update
2.1 Hypro Project Accomplishment
Target Acc. 92.10 %
Actual Acc. 92.33 %
Variance 0.23 % (Ahead)
2.2 Hypro was advised to turn over zone 4 as scheduled. Hypro remains
committed to the June 22, 2015 handover to DMCI.
2.3 For the reconstruction of the demolished columns DMCI submitted
the revised SRF of the cutting list for consultant review.
2.4 MEPF Foundation & Ground Floor
- JACMI requested DMCI to install electrical lines for mat
foundation and ground floor. WAO in circulation. It was clarified
that the roughing-ins of the parking barrier and other auxiliary
roughing-ins are included.
2.5 Blow-Up of Jointing for Zone 2 & 4 DMCI to submit as-built details.
2.6 CSD Ground floor to be done by DMCI before end of July. ISD of
contractors to be completed and compiled by DMCI until June 30,
2015.
2.7 CSD Scope DMCI to set meeting with NHI QS Manager to clarify
this item
2.8 As-Built of Beam Capping Submitted to ASYA
2.9 GF Location of Contruction Joints For DMCI submission until June
20, 2015.
2.10 Cutting Lists JACMI reminded DMCI that the cutting lists in
circulation should be at least 2 floors ahead.
2.11 Crack Mapping DMCI to set date of joint inspection with JACMI.
Once complete, DMCI crack mapping will be compared to HYPRO
cracked mapping.
2.12 Concreting Schedule DMCI informed that 10 days per floor will be
for further study if viable.

Rebar Delivery Status
5.1 DMCI informed NHI that there is still a balance of 1500 pcs of 12mm
Grade 60 steel under fabrication of Capitol Steel (Per order list 1 & 2)
5.2 DMCI to issue letter for target rebar purchase.
5.3 For Rebar Billings, DMCI to enclose the mill certificates and test
results apart from the invoices, delivery receipts and endorsement
letters.

Contract Status
6.1 DMCI, AMASI, FDPY Under Preparation
6.2 NTP Issuance to PHILGEN Currently In Circulation
6.3 Bid and Award Schedule JACMI furnished DMCI a template of the
required entry dates for the contract packages. DMCI to accomplish
this template and submit on June 22, 2015.

7.1 DMCI Copy of Cari Policy Issued via e-mail

Other Matters
8.1 AIT Peer Review Charging JACMI endorsed this to DMCI. It was
agreed that this charging will be applied at the end of the project. NHI
updated that per their accounting, this will be charged immediately.
8.2 Revised Location of Grounding Rods Revision under consultant
review. (grounding to run inside the retaining wall instead of the
columns)
8.3 S-Curve
- DMCI to present PERT-CPM tentative July 1, 2015 after Turnover
of Zone 4 and control of the site lies fully with DMCI.
- AMASI and FDPY to submit their S-Curves to DMCI on June 18,
2015.
8.4 Awarding of Waterproofing and Painting Works For JACMI pre-con
recommendation.
8.5 Suspended Slab Costing DMCI to submit on June 20, 2015.
8.6 Soil Poisoning Under DMCI scope. For deductive.
8.7 Hypro to hand over their crack mapping to DMCI.
8.8 Hypro to prepare their close-out documents.
8.9 JACMI reminded the team that while DMCI can expedite the
submittals to the consultant, the details to be implemented will not
push through unless released bearing ASYA and JACMI signatures.
8.10 ASYA requested DMCI to submit the CAD file of the as-built of
corrected columns.

at 4:00 pm.
