F.1. Aluminum Alloy:
All products (extrusion) produced by Reynaers authorized extruded are from the Alloy 6063 in
accordance to Reynaers requirement. All aluminium extrusions follow the standard of:
European Slandered:
EN 775 & EN 12020
British Standard:
BS 1474
The extruder is produced all the profile and he has the management system ISO 9001-2000.
The aluminium alloy 6063 is compatible to the powder coating the follow the standard of BS6496.
Normally the finish of the aluminium profiles is in T6 or T5 unless if there is special requirement of
T4 in case if some bending requirements.

The alloy composition of 6063 is:
Silicon 0.6% Iron 0.35% Copper 0.10% Manganese 0.10% Magnesium 0.9% Chromium 0.10%
Zinc 0.10% Titanium 0.10% Other elements 0.15% total
