The Navigation Drawer - Department List/ Messages/

The Navigation Drawer holds the list of all departments in your

organization.
Customization:
- The Drawer shall contain your logo
- The name of your organization appended to TDirectory
- The entire list is inflated by web services and hence is

Sub-department List

Sub-department List contains the details of the subdepartments in which you can house the Employees in a
segregated manner. You can search the Departments with ease
and to locate Employee.

Employee List of the Department/Sub-department

The Power house of the application. This is what the application

is all about, the PURE, NON-REDUNDANT, UPDATED Data. All
details are filled-in from the Web interface and can be updated
in just a few steps. If the list grows, you can easily search the
employees by their name or designation, as you are
comfortable with.

What if the details entered are wrong? Do not worry! Because

TDirectory gives the power to suggest edits in the details of an
employee.
Customization:
- The Suggest Edit feature allows you to suggest edits
in the details. So when a mobile number changes, one
can suggest an edit for the same.
- The edit is implemented after verification from the
admin of the application, so no one can play a mischief.

Notice Messages

Emailing/SMSing a notice to all your employees?

Not any more, with TDirectory, you can send a Push
Notification. The best part is, you dont need to undergo the
same process of adding the email ids or phone numbers to a

Dashboard is the main page upon successful login. This page
hosts the basic details like:
o Department Count
o Employee Count
o Account Validity

Department
o Create View: Provides the interface to add
Department(s) and/or Sub-departments.

o List View: Enlists all the Departments and Subdepartments & their immediate parents in order
to help you understand the hierarchy.

Employee
o Create View: Presents a form that has all the
necessary fields required for communication.
These communication fields include Name,
Phone, Mobile, etc. You can even upload the
image of the employees, to be able to identify
them easily.

o List View: Gives you all the opportunities to be

able to search the employees by their name,
department and designation and then edit
them.

Notice Messages:
o Create View: The easiest possible interface to
send a push notification of a Max. 4096 bytes
size is available here. It has been designed and
developed in a manner that one can, even
without training, push Notice Messages with
utmost ease.

o List View: Keeping a track of what Notice was

sent and went is an essential practice in all
departments. This view helps you to do the
same. Furthermore, you can even search a
notice that you might have sent a long, long,
time back.

Profile Setting: From this section, one can control all the
functions of the Application. Like, What Logo do you
want the app to display?, What Name you want the end
users to see? Change the password!

Suggest Edit Notifications and View: When someone

suggests an edit in an employee, the edit request is
collected and queued into a single notification.
