INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND
Triccsson AB has recently approved the Courier Software Project ( Velocity One) in
support of its strategic plan to enhance marketing and customer service. In order to provide
more efficient Courier Software products to its prospective clients ,the Velocity One products
will incorporate many useful features that would provide global courier services both for
personal and commercial uses. The software will provide extensive features for dealing with
global commercial courier needs that would require shipping/delivering/tracking on an
international platform. The software would also be able to handle domestic and personal courier
services. Hence, briefly stated, the below would the main features that will be provided by
Velocity One software products, where courier services are intended to mean
shipping/delivery/tracking.

SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work for the Velocity One Project includes all planning, execution, implementation,
and training the customers of Tricsson AB. Consiga Technologies Inc will be responsible for the
development of the product based on feedback to be provided by Tricsson AB. Each stage of the
project will require approval from Tricsson AB before moving on to the next stage. The selected
Consiga,Inc must ensure it has adequate resources for designing, building, testing, and
implementing the product and is staffed for the training of Tricsson AB personnel as well.
Specific deliverables and milestones will be listed in the Work Requirements and Schedules and
Milestones sections of this SOW.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The period of performance for the Development of Velocity One Product is three years
beginning on 2 December 2015 through 3 December 2018. All work must be scheduled to
complete within this timeframe. Any modifications or extensions will be requested through
Tricsson AB and Consiga Technologies Inc contracting officers for review and discussion.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
The selected Vendor Consiga Technologies Inc, for the development of Velocity one project
will perform a majority of the work at its own facility. The Consiga,Inc will be required to have
a Online meeting with Tricsson AB once per week (day and time TBD) for a weekly status
meeting.

As part of the Development of Project the Consiga,Inc will be responsible for performing tasks
throughout various stages of this project. The following is a list of these tasks which will result
in the successful completion of this project:
Kickoff:
- Consiga,Inc will create and present detailed project plan including schedule, WBS,
testing plan, implementation plan, training plan, and transition plan
- Consiga,Inc will present project plan to TRICSSON AB for review and approval
Design Phase:
- Work with TRICSSON AB to gather requirements and establish metrics
- Create product design based on collected requirements
- Develop product design proposal for TRICSSON AB review and approval
- Present written status at weekly meeting
Build Phase:
- Consiga,Inc will complete all coding for approved product design
- Consiga,Inc will provide Tricsson AB with a detailed testing plan
- Consiga,Inc will include all content provided by TRICSSON AB in the Product.
- Consiga,Inc will conduct testing at each phase of Product development.
- Consiga,Inc will resolve any coding and site issues identified in testing
- Consiga,Inc will compile a testing report to present to TRICSSON AB for
review/approval
- Present written status at weekly meeting
Implementation Phase:
- Consiga,Inc will implement the designed product ( velocity one ) on TRICSSON AB
servers
- Consiga,Inc will begin providing 24x7 web site support at this point forward until the end
of the period of performance
- Present written status at weekly meeting
Training Phase:
- Consiga,Inc will provide training in accordance with approved training plan provided in
the kickoff
- Present written status at weekly meeting
Project Handoff/Closure:
- Consiga,Inc will provide TRICSSON AB with all documentation in accordance with the
approved project plan
- Consiga,Inc will present project closure report to TRICSSON AB for review and
approval
- Consiga,Inc will complete the project requirements checklist showing that all project
tasks have been completed

Consiga,Inc will conclude 24x7 web support at 11:59pm on the final day of the period of

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
For the Velocity one project the acceptance of all deliverables will reside with TRICSSON ABs
Vice President of Marketing. The VP of Marketing will maintain a small team of three advisors
in order to ensure the completeness of each stage of the project and that the scope of work has
been met. Once a project phase is completed and the Consiga,Inc provides their
report/presentation for review and approval, the VP of Marketing will either sign off on the
approval for the next phase to begin, or reply to the Consiga,Inc, in writing, advising what tasks
must still be accomplished.
Once all project tasks have been completed, the project will enter the handoff/closure stage.
During this stage of the project, the Consiga,Inc will provide their project closure report and
project task checklist to TRICSSON ABs VP of Marketing. The acceptance of this

documentation by TRICSSON ABs VP of Marketing will acknowledge acceptance of all project


deliverables and that the Consiga,Inc has met all assigned tasks.
Any discrepancies involving completion of project tasks or disagreement between TRICSSON
AB and the chosen Consiga,Inc will be referred to both organizations contracting offices for
review and discussion.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
All Consiga,Inc project team members will submit security forms to TRICSSON AB for
clearance and access badges to the facility. All Consiga,Inc programmers and quality control
team members will be granted access to TRICSSON AB servers and all necessary IT functions.
They will also be given temporary Tricsson AB accounts which are to be used only for work
pertaining to the Website Redesign Project. Upon completion of the project these accounts will
be closed.
