Login Page:When the website is opened this the first page.

By clicking here
students can can do

registration and can
check job openings and

Query Page:-

After successful login query page appears where you can enter all the details of the new
student query details.

Enter all the student query


details .
Select the desired options from the
available options in the dropdown list.

Click on the save button to save


the information and cancel to
cancel the submission of the
information.

Query Menu:-

If Radio Button Later is checked


then the query will be saved
under the parameter as an
unsolved query.

Under the query option two sub options appear as:1)New Query.
2)Unsolved Query.

Click on the New Query option


for a new student query.

Select Unsolved query to


see all the student details
whose data is saved as
unsolved query.

Today:To see all the unsolved queries of the present day just select the branch name and click on the
Show Button to see the result and if there is no query added today it will display No records to
display on the screen.
Show All:To see all the unsolved queries just select the branch name and click on the Show Button to see
the result and if there is no query added today it will display No records to display on the
screen.

Search Menu:The Search Menu helps to retrieve any type of information about any student and any query.

Search option:We can search the information of all the student between the desired time interval by
mentioning the initial and final date and the branch name.
Click on the Show button to fetch all the information.
Advance Search Option:Under this option we have an advantage to search the details of a particular student by
just mentioning the name or the email address of the student whose information is
required to fetch.
Show All option:This option shows the details of all the student queries weather unsolved or solved up till
now.
Today option:To see all the student information of the present day just select the branch name and
click on the Show Button to see the result and if there is no query added today it will
display No records to display on the screen.
Last Seven Days option:To see all the student information of last seven days just select the branch name and
click on the Show Button to see the result and if there is no query added today it will
display No records to display on the screen.
Last Thirty Days option:-

To see all the student information of last thirty days just select the branch name and
click on the Show Button to see the result and if there is no query added today it will
display No records to display on the screen.

Result of the search:This is the format of the result shown after clicking on the show button of every type of search.

Click to view all the

Details:It shows all the details of the student and also views the conversation that happened
between the student and the query handler.

Click to see the


conversation between the
student and the query

View Conversation:-

Click to edit the details


of the student.

After clicking the view conversation it retrieves all the conversation happened between
the student and the query handler.

Click to delete the whole


conversation between
the student and the
query handler.

Edit Details:Under this click we can edit the details of the student and save it by clicking on the save button.

Todays Event:This area is for entering the latest conversation that happened between the student and query
handler and click on save button to save the conversation.

Select the radio button


option to the show how
the conversation is
handeled.

If the Admission is still to


be done later then we
have to mention the next
date on which we need
to contact.

Todays Event:If we check the radio button mail then we can send the message to the student by just clicking
on the Mail Send button.

Enter the subject and


the message to be sent
to the student via
email.
