Deposits: Los Verdes requires an initial non-refundable deposit of 20% of the minimum expenditure to reserve your date. A
second deposit of 50% of your estimated charges is due halfway between your booking date and event date. The final deposit is
due 10 days prior to your event with your final guarantee numbers. All forms of payment accepted on initial and second deposits.
Personal checks are not accepted for final payments.
Event Minimums: All events held at Los Verdes are subject to meet a minimum expenditure requirement. Minimums may vary
due to date, time or size of event. Room minimums do not include service charge, state sales tax, or ceremony fees. The
requirements are quoted prior to booking the event and are stated in the Catering Confirmation Agreement. For minimum
requirements of an event under consideration, please contact the catering department.
Menus: A split entrée menu may be offered on served dinners. All entrees will be charged at the higher priced item. This does
not include vegetarians or special dietary restrictions, which are always an option. A Childs menu is also available at $25.00.
Platinum Childs menu is $40.00. Vendor meals are $25.00.
Food Tastings: Los Verdes holds group food tastings every three months on a weeknight at 6pm. A variety of samples from
our reception packages will be offered. (Because of the large amount of menu items, unfortunately, we are not able to offer a
tasting on every single menu item) Each booked guest will be invited to attend 2 to 3 months prior to their event. Our catering
office will contact you to schedule your tasting date. Complimentary for bride and groom. $25 for each additional guest.
Rehearsals: Wedding Ceremony rehearsals are available during the week of your event and are one hour. Rehearsals need to be
scheduled in advance with the catering department.
Storage: Please notify vendors that Los Verdes does not have storage for event items. All items must be removed at the end of
your event. Los Verdes will not provide storage or be responsible for items left after the conclusion of an event.
