ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS BY THE ENTRANT: With the full knowledge and appreciation that bicycle
riding could be a hazardous activity and consequence of my accepting this entry, I, intending to be legally bound for
myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights of claim for damages as I may
have against Bike 2 Build organizers, SLV Habitat for Humanity, or the Rio Grande Scenic Railroad, their agents,
and towns, counties and state in which the event travels, their representatives, successors, and assigns, and for any
and all injuries and/or property damage suffered by me in said event. For the same consideration, the undersigned
parent or guardian herby indemnifies and agrees to hold Bike 2 Build organizers, and their agents, harmless from
any and all liabilities which may occur by the entry of the applicant in Bike 2 Build.
I will be expected to change my own flats and fix my own mechanical problems. I understand support vehicles are
available throughout the ride. I will wear an ANSI approved helmet. I allow the use of my image in photos and
video to help share the Habitat for Humanity message.

A group start is scheduled for 8am. It is the responsibility of each individual rider to leave early enough to ensure

arrival in La Veta by noon (when the course will be swept). If riding the train back from La Veta, departure for
Alamosa is approximately 2pm. Shuttle bus will leave La Veta at 3pm.

Veta should be at the station by 1:30pm to load bikes
before general boarding at 2:15pm. There will be a
