The 2010 FNH-Leupold Long Range Precision Competition

Although teams do compete for top honors and prizes, -SP
the thrust for this competition remains five days of
marksmanship training for the sniper and counter sniper
teams in attendance. During the event members are
encouraged to exchange ideas and information; gaining
from each other’s experiences.
In order to be eligible, both team members must occupy
positions or be assigned as counter snipers/snipers,
sniper/counter sniper team leaders or instructors of
counter sniper or sniper marksmanship. Team members
should be volunteers and have operated together as a
counter sniper/sniper team in the past. Participants
should be in excellent health and physically fit.
There will be no exceptions made or cancellations
accepted due to inclement weather conditions. The
match must go on and teams must be willing to accept
whatever Mother Nature has in store.
The course of fire will include a Poker Run Shoot,
Observation Exercise, Moving Target, Range Estimation
and Observation, Stationary Fire, Cold Bore at 200 and
500 yds., Obstacle Course and Movement, and Unknown
Distances.
Prizes will be awarded to all participants according to the
following schedule:
