RECOMMENDATIONS
Three(3)lettersofrecommendationarerequiredandaretobedoneonline.Pleasehaveyourrecommenders
completetheevaluationformandsubmitaletteronofficialinstitutionalletterhead.Thelettersof
recommendationshouldideallycomefromyourcollegeprofessors,unlessyouhavebeenoutofschoolforseveral
years.Applicantswithworkormilitaryexperience,orcurrentlyinanothergraduateprogram,aretosubmita
recommendationfromtheirimmediatesupervisor,acurrentorformeremployerorsomeonewhoknowsthemwell

ACADEMICTRANSCRIPTS
Thereare2waystosubmitacademictranscripts:.
1)ONEofficial,originaltranscriptmustbesenttousdirectlyfromeachcollegeand/oruniversityyouhave
attendedinasigned,sealedenvelope.Internationalapplicantsmustmakearrangementstohavetheiracademic
recordstranslatedandsentalongwithoriginals.WhereAmericanstyletranscriptsarenotused,theapplicantmust
includeallavailablerecordsincludingcourses,grades,degreesandrankinclass.Theappropriateuniversity
officialsmustcertifytheserecords.
2)Youmayscananduploadacopyoftheacademictranscript(notdiplomas)issuedbytheinstitution(s)from
whichyouobtainedyourundergraduate(bachelorsorfirst)degreeandanyadvanced/graduatedegrees.Ifyour
transcriptisnotinEnglish,youmustscananduploadacopyofitthathasbeentranslatedintoEnglish.Transcripts
andtranslatedtranscriptsshouldincludethefollowingkindsofinformation:coursenames,coursenumbers,dates,
grades(includingincompletes,failedcourses,andwithdrawals),andgrademodes(pass/fail).Ifyouattended
