1.
National Highway Authority intends to invite expression of interest from reputed
firms for the purpose of FACILITY MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
FOR 11 Nos. AVC BASED ETTM TOLLING SYSTEMS & TOLL PLAZAS INSTALLED
ON HIGHWAYS INCLUDING OPERATIONS CENTER AT NHA HQ, ISLAMABAD on
per processed vehicle cost for the following locations:

All firms having valid registration of Pakistan Engineering Council in
OPERATOR CATEGORY O-4 and Above are eligible to participate in bidding
process.

The bidding will be done by adopting PPRA Rule 36(b) single Stage - Two
Envelope procedure.
4.
The Technical and Financial bids must be submitted in separate envelopes as
elaborated in "Instructions to Bidders".
5.
The sealed bids clearly marked the Package on envelop shall be received in the
office of General Manager (Revenue) till 11:00 hours on 25th February 2016. The
Technical Bid(s) will be opened on same day at 11:30 hours on 25th February 2016
in the office of General Manager (Revenue) at NHA, 27 Mauve Area, G-9/1 Islamabad
in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who may choose to
attend.

Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on the date to
be announced after Technical Evaluation of all the bids.
7.
The interested companies/ firms may collect RFP from the office of Deputy
Director (MIS-II) NHA, Islamabad between 9th February 2016 to 25th February 2016
during working hours on production of Demand Draft/ Pay Order amounting to Rs.
5,000/- (Rupee Five Thousand only) non-refundable fee in favour of Road
Maintenance Account, National Highway Authority, Islamabad. The pre-bid
meeting shall be held on 16th February 2016 at 11:00 hours in NHA HQ, Islamabad.
The RFP shall also be available on NHA website www.nha.gov.pk/download/RFPs.asp
during aforementioned period.
8.
Further clarifications/details, if any, may be obtained from the office of the
Deputy Director (MIS-II) NHA HQ, Islamabad during working days Ph. 051-9032922.

NHA reserves the right to reject any or all the submissions as per PPRA rules.
