It is surprising to note that no two human beings are alike (even the twins differ). It is
here that role of mind or human nature comes in. Mind is the seat of consciousness
through volition and feelings situated in the brain. The mind and brain are not identical

while we are awake and alert, the unconscious mind keep on doing routine works
without the conscious mind even realizing it, and sub conscious mind keep on working
all the time (even while we are asleep). The unconscious mind has also to deal with six
enemies of humanity (Kaam, Krodha, Lobha, Moha, Ahankaar and Eersha).
In case of criminals lower and unconscious mind is more developed and afflicted. A
native with low level of consciousness would get easily disturbed whereas one with
elevated consciousness gets inner power to convert a mountain of a problem into a
mole hill.
Another division of mind is between The Ambitious mind represented by 3 rd and 6th
house and The Becoming Mind represented by 9 th, 10th, and 11th house. Our life is
ambition. We want to be somebody, to be well though of and want to achieve a result.
Whatever we want to be, the ambition, the drive, the impulse of becoming is the process
of choice / ambition. Our life is a series of struggles, a movement from one ideological
concept / desire to another. In this process of becoming / struggle, the mind
deteriorates. The very nature of the deterioration is choice, from which springs the
ambition. The ambition breeds competition.
This ambition produces certain industrial benefits, but in its wake there is darkening of
mind and the mind loses its pliability / simplicity. But only few are aware of this ambition
in our life.
The becoming mind is a mind that is always growing, becoming, enlarging, gathering
experience as knowledge which is so very essential in bringing out success / fulfillment
of desires.

aspect on the Ascendant Lord Venus (alert mind), Mars and Ketu posited in the 2 nd
house giving strong indications of how alert mind gets affected and negative mind gets
activated.
In Natal chart Lagnesh Venus had lost in planetary war to Maraka 2 nd 7th lord Mars in
7th house of war. This Mars aspecting Saturn in 10 th house and Ascendant.
7th house of war is in the Nakshatra of Ketu and Sub Sub of Saturn. Ketu in the
Nakshatra of Venus and sub sub of Jupiter. Jupiter having 9 th aspect on the house of
guidelines of Religious court of Law whose lord is in the 7 th house of war. Sun is in the
Nakshatra of Ketu and sub sub of Venus. 11th house is in the Nakshatra of Venus and
sub sub of Rahu while Rahu is in the Nakshatra and Sub Sub of Jupiter.
Thus giving strong indications that Jupiter, Sun, Moon being the malefic planet of Libra
Ascendant has affected his mind due to which native becomes the dictator and
responsible for the death of innocent people.
Venus and Saturn being Luck activating planet plays the important role in his growth
and development.
Previous birth Violations related with Mercury. Mercury planet of communication and

Malefic planet Jupiter.
During Rahu Moon, native committed suicide after defeat in war. At that time as
