Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that, since long time back some of the Shops under this Division are either
temporarily suspended by QA&FS Dept. on the ground of not meeting the requirement and some
are not functioning to the full extent due to different reasons like Manpower, machine/equipment
in out of order condition. In this context and also in view of addition of new fleets, these shops will
have to be brought into fulfunctioning and updated. In order to bring these shops into
functioning, following requirements needs to be fulfilled. Hence this is submitted for your kind
perusal and necessary action in time.
Nitrogen Plant (Hydro band):- Not working. Runs for brief time only and auto shuts down. Various
Maintenance actions have been taken. No spares are available. Manufacturer suggested
replacing the Plant as it is very old and out of date. The Model is not in existence any more. Thus
new compressor is to be installed.
Certification Staff for B757 Wheel & Brake & NDT: - Only One staff. Getting retired in short span of
time. Need to be trained one additional staff at the earliest in order to avoid no certification staff in
near future. Also one additional Helper is required.
Sheet metal Shop: - Presently we do not have Composite & Fiber glass Repair Shop. In View of New
AIRBUS
320 mainly of Composite Material.
Composite & Fiberglass Repair Shop need to be set up and developed In the Sheet Metal Shop. The
floor condition of the shop is to be repaired and Rain leakage in the room where many tools &
equipment are kept needs to be repaired. This is also pointed out in the findings of QA audit.
Certification staff on Structure: - We do not have Structural Licensed staff on both Metallic &
Composite. So 2 No of staff to be trained one in each field.
Cabin Shop: - Only one Technician Sr.T/O .Need one additional Technician & one tailor staff.
Hydraulic Shop: - Only one Staff AME with no appropriate Training on subject field. Training to be
provided and addition of one Technician is required.
Avionics Shops: - All Avionics Shop do have only one Technician.eg Radio, Electric, Instrument,
Calibration & Battery Shops. Additional technician one in each shop is required.
Engine Shop: - Only one staff with no proper Training. Proper Training & one additional staff is to be
arranged.
Aircraft Support Shop: - Only one Technician Sr.T/O & one helper. Need one Technician & one helper
and Training on Welding.

Dear Sir,
This is to draw your kind attention to the fact that the Nitrogen Plant in the work shop
is out of order since a very long time back and we are availing Nitrogen from outside
party for our day to day requirement. It is being noted that lot of
troubleshooting/inspection work has been done and the Vendor has also been
contacted and consulted for the maintenance of the Plant, but could not be made
serviceable till date because of no spare parts available in the market due to very old
model in one hand andOn the other hand, the demand for Nitrogen is rising due to
recent addition of new fleets for example MA-60, Y-12 & Airbus 320.
Keeping all those in view, this Division has reached in a conclusion that the Existing
Compressor Machine Replacement will be beneficiary to the organization. Thus
submitted to you for your necessary action in time.

Dear Sir,
As the Riveting Tool is broken during riveting of Brake unit assembly, we are unable to
do the assembling of B757 Brake Unit assembly. Brake Units are urgently required for
9N-ACB. Therefore you are requested to arrange to get it fabricated from Balaju
Training Center. The focal person is Mr.Rajendra Shrestha Mob.No.9851044072 who
has been already contacted and briefed.
