The assignment was to create a fictive coffee brand of fine edition ground
coffee.
The aim of this project was to design a packaging for take away.

Nowadays there are infinite types of fast foods which offer take away,
thats why we chose to narrow it down to a special sector of the market.
We chose to focus on lactose intolerance, offering take away dairy-free
breakfasts! At Md we offer cupcakes, donuts, cookies and loaf cakes
which you can combine with coffee, tea or hot chocolate and everything is
without lactose!Feel free to add any type of dairy-free milk that you want
such as almond, rice, oat, etc.We offer two different packagings, one for
the combination of coffee and cookie/loaf cake and a bigger one of coffee
and muffin/donut.Everything comes with two different kind of stickers,
both applied on the sides of the packagings, ones with what theres inside
of the packaging and the other ones with emotional sentences about your
mood. Finally we wanted to create a brand specialized in dairy-free
products but with a modern graphic style which could easily reach to a

Sure you COULD Photoshop coffee grounds into Pegasus form. But
wouldnt you rather dump some grounds on the table and do it yourself? It
took longer, yes, but pushing grounds on paper with an X-acto blade
tends to be a much richer experience than pushing pixels with a cursor.
Dark Matter is a custom blend of small-batch roasted coffee with original
package design developed as a 2011 holiday gift for Astronaut Studios
clients, partners and vendors. The image of the Pegasus is actual coffee
grounds hand-tooled into the form of a Pegasus. The concept and design
is a deliberate play on the agencys brand identity.

Velocit is all about fresh and locally roasted coffee that is delivered
direct to the shelf. Velocit (Italian for speed) takes the form of an
express courier parcel. To emphasise the freshness of the coffee, each
pack is labeled with bespoke hand-applied stamps that display the date of
roasting and best before dates, and sealed with a custom-made express
adhesive tape.
Packaging for coffee take away cups. The ingredients of each drink is
illustrated on the cup to show that Shokoladnica provides quality coffee
with deep knowledge of the best practice and to make each cup.

Hands are an integral part of our craft. Under constant scrutiny, we set
out to develop a lotion tailored to our specific needs: Quick absorbing,
long lasting moisture that wouldnt interfere when handling apparatus.
This unique hand lotion from Fultons Apothecary is finessed with organic
ingredients such as Jojoba, a natural and light oil that deeply penetrates
hands to heal without a greasy finish. Other nourishing ingredients include
Shea Butter and Vitamine E oil. Scented with pure coffee oil which
contains high amounts of natural anti-oxidants.

This was an assignment for school where I was asked to design some
sort of packaging so I decided to make a fictional beer label. The
reason that I wanted to make a beer label was because I like the format of
the bottle and I wanted to experiment with that. Water, malt hops & yeast
is an organic lager made for design-conscious people who also think
about the environment.

The alarm might go off at 5:00 a.m., but the day doesnt start until the
French press offers up that nutty cup of morning fuel. From the first sip,
the discerning coffee drinker knows that no matter what the day holds,
shes ready for it now.
Even better, she knows that she can face the world in good conscience:
grown organically, distributed via fair trade and in packaging meant to
reduce its carbon footprint. Eos represents the sensibilities of an
enlightened, modern international food company even its name (the
Greek goddess of dawn) suggests a new beginning. With a nod to simple
design elements and exotic roasts, the brand stands out for its flavor, not
for fancy packaging.

Coffee Lovers provides single origin coffee beans with its signature roast.
We worked closely with the owner to re-develop the brand image from
strategy, branding, packaging to website. After many hours of cupping, we
brewed a unique packaging system to indicate the characters of different
beans. At the same time, each type of coffee bean has its own symbol to
visualize the favor. The selection of the design direction, colors and
materials were based on the company philosophy The Beauty of
Simplicity. We tried to keep our marks as minimal as possible.

Italia 150.

ARCS has interpreted the project in four themes: arts (music, poetry,
cinema), design, landscapes & Architecture and historical topics. The
result is a fresh and joyful dialogue between Federico Fellini and the
matchless Moka for coffee, Rome and Venice and Garibaldi riding a
Vespa!
Words and design mix together, words become design and they beat a
syncopate rhythm. For example, the landscapes & architecture theme in
English would sound something like The train makes us run quickly: from
the Alps to Sicily joins Rome the immortal with Pisa and its tower and
Venice laying on the water!.

daily. The name we chose, Good Company Coffee, or Good Co. for short,
is a dual play on the ideas of being in good company and enjoying good
coffee. Language plays an important role in the expression of the Good
Co. brand, and through the use of double meanings and wordplay, we

turned business jargon into dryly comedic, relevant commentary that also
describes the varieties of coffee. The brand voice works in tandem with a
black-and-white illustrationbased visual style that similarly draws from
corporate culture with infographics, iconography, stylized charts, and
graphs. From the store environment, menus, packaging, and barista
behaviorit all adds up to a strong and entertaining experience.

Personal project for a coffee liqueur. The design was inspired by the film
noir, which tries to convey the sensuality and mystery of this film, which
are characteristics of this drink. The design expresses the above by a
semi-abstract image in light and shade and the simple application of
type.

From the start, we wanted to recognize and honor the important equities
of the iconic Starbucks logo. So we broke down the four main parts of the
mark color, shape, typeface and the Siren. After hundreds of
explorations, we found the answer in simplicity. Removing the words from
the mark, bringing in the green, and taking the Siren out of her ring. For
forty years shes represented coffee, and now she is the star.
The details came next. The 20-year old logo was built in the early days of
AutoTrace and it showed points everywhere. We improved
composition, brought in more sophisticated stroke width and spacing and
a smoother line flow. When it came to her the Siren we enhanced
her form in subtle ways, smoothing her hair, refining her facial features,
weighting the scales on her tail to bring the focus to her face. We enlisted
the branding firm of Lippincott to help with these refinements, and give us
a better global perspective on the entire identity system.

London calling Identity design for new London Roastery, Bar &
Restaurant Caravan. They roast their own coffee on site, the food is
universal, inspired by the flavours of the world and its all cooked by
Miles Kirby, former Head Chef of The Providores. Caravan is
contemporary with a nod to the values of a hand-made artisan history.
Black thermo ink on a lush matt stock makes for a trailer full of
happiness.
