Programme Coordinator

Nuffic Neso Indonesia is part of a worldwide network of Netherlands Education Support Offices
that operate in locations of strategic importance for Dutch higher education. Nuffic Neso
Indonesia is an overseas office of Nuffic, the Netherlands organization for international
cooperation in higher education.
The key activities of Nuffic Neso Indonesia are:

Generic promotion and student counseling

Institutional cooperation
Market information and analysis
Holland Alumni network
Management of scholarship programmes (StuNed, Orange Tulip)
Coordination of higher education related projects

Nuffic Neso Indonesia is currently recruiting a Programme Coordinator Living Lab, based in
Jakarta, to coordinate and further develop the Living Lab initiative between Indonesia and the
Netherlands.
The Living Lab is an example of triple helix cooperation as it connects companies, governments
and higher education institutions. It is an instrument to foster bilateral international cooperation
through applied research and human capital development with involvement of higher education
institutions, companies and the government. In the current set-up the Living Lab between
Indonesia and the Netherlands revolves around the theme of Logistics and the partnership
consists of 7 universities, 10 companies and 4 government organisations and is still growing.

Programme coordinator Living Lab

Tasks and responsibilities
Support the development of the Living Lab network between all triple helix partners
Maintain and further develop the communication channels of the Living Lab (website, social
media, newsletter, press releases etc.)
Generate internships for students and research projects for Living Lab partner universities
from Indonesian and The Netherlands
Explore possibilities to expand the Living Lab with more participants and possible to other
thematic fields next to Logistics
Detect opportunities for strategic partnerships and acquisition of external funds
Positioning and promotion of the Living Lab in Indonesia and the Netherlands
Inspire and support employees/participants from various participants and stakeholders

 Other tasks within Nuffic Nesos key activities as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Bachelors degree (Masters will be a strong advantage)

Degree preferably obtained in the Netherlands
Minimum 5 years work experience in a multi-stakeholder environment
Knowledge/experience of collaborations between public/private sector and higher education
Excellent networking, communication and organization skills
Ability to work independently and set priorities
Proactive and convincing personality: initiator, coordinator, facilitator, sparring partner
Out-of-the-box approach
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
Able and willing to work and travel outside regular office hours

Thorough knowledge of MS office applications
