Terms and Conditions:

Installation Installation period will be 8-10 weeks from the date of receipt of purchase order along with advance. Any
time required for approval of drawings and inspection would be extra.

25% Advance with purchase order 50% after completion of all pipeline with regulation and balance with
all taxes & other charges after the completion of work.

Guarantee: All the materials used in the installation are warranted against any manufacturing defects for a period 12
months from date of completion installation.
Scope of
work:

The above installation is approximate and final billing will be done after the installation is complete for
the actual equipment used for the installation. But in case cost variation is above 10%, prior written
information would be given to the client. Scaffolding and core cutting or drilling of kadapa/marble/granite
if required has to be provided by client. Civil work is not in our scope.

Jurisdiction Subject to Mangalore jurisdiction.
