ThisyearIPSFaimstotrainasecondgenerationoftrainerswithintheFederationinorderto
expandtheTrainingProgrammeandstrengthentheProfessionalDevelopmentportfolio.The
eventtargetspharmacystudentswithpreviousleadershipexperienceasapartoftheir
NGOs/MemberOrganization.TheTDCisanopportunitytodevelopthenecessaryskillsfor
trainingsessiondesignanddelivery.Ifyoureinterestedtoshareyourknowledge,motivateother
students,andcontributetotheIPSFTrainingProgramme,applyforIPSFTrainersDevelopment
Campnow!Youwillspendsixamazingdaysinachallengingandstimulatingenvironmentlearning
toshapefutureleaders!

AttheendoftheTDC,participantswillbechallengedtoprovidetrainings,puttingintopracticeall
theyhavelearnedduringtheevent.UponcompletionoftheTDCandfulfillmentofadditional
requirements,graduateswillbeawardedthetitleofanIPSFTrainer.

Howwillyoubenefitfromtheevent?
TheTrainersDevelopmentCamp(TDC)isprimarilyaimedatpharmacystudentswithapassionfor
fosteringprofessionalisminothersandwhowishtocontributetotheIPSFTrainingProgramme.
TheTDCwillprovidetheparticipantswithbackgroundaboutexperiencebasedlearningand
trainingdesignaswellasequipthemwithnecessaryskillstodelivertrainings.

AsanIPSFTraineryoullbeabletoconductworkshopsatIPSFWorldCongressandRegional
Symposia.TrainersmayalsoprovidedservicesatIPSFLeadersinTrainingeventsaswellas
conductingeventsforIPSFmemberassociationsuponinvitation.

areonamissiontoempowermemberstoactasrolemodels.RPSAaimstoprovidecollaboration
amongothertopnotchhealthcareprofessionalsthroughadvocacy,informationsharing,and

worldwidethroughtheInternationalPharmaceuticalStudents'Federation(IPSF)

Methodology
Oversixdays,30studentsandrecentgraduatesfromallovertheworldwillgathertotakepartin
learningtheirroleindevelopmentoftrainingdesignandtrainings.Theseskillswillallow
participantstotheutilizetheirtrainingfoundationtohostleadershipandprofessional
developmentworkshops.ByparticipatinginTDC,IPSFhopestogrowtheabilityforthe
Federationtohostanincreasingnumberofprofessionaldevelopmenteventsglobally.
