INTRODUCTION

As we know ,Malaysia composed of people of diverse background .Such as Chinese,Indian and

Malay.It is means ,we must learn to understand them.It also make Malaysia full of ethics and
culture.This make our country more special than others .With that benefit we can attract tourist to
visit our country.With the statistic in 2013,we know that 25.72 millions tourist come to
Malaysia and makes Malaysia more popular among country of tourism.Beside that,with tourism
we can increase our lifestyle.About

RM 65.44 billion receipts the tourism use in

our

country.With this source of income ,it can increase our industries such as handycraft,batik and
also our traditional food.To know their background,we must learn more about out countrys
culture and get along with other people better.But how can get along with people of different
racial,cultural,ethnic and religious better?

EXPLAINATION
First of all,the most versatile way is to treat each person with unbiased,colorblind and equality.
Not by the color of his king,but by the content of his character,by Martim Luther King.We can
always

talk

about

many

thing.For

example,art

music,hobbies,interest

and

pop

culture.Futhermore,it is a best way to born with anyone and build a strong foundation for
friendship.With that friendship , we may wish try learning more about them.We can ask them
more question that we do not understand.Beside that,we may also learn from others
sources.Books,the internet,and international fair an exhibition are all excellent place to learn
many thing about other culture.If we need some guidance,we can take some formal classes on
language culture and religion for those who have time and money to do so.

Sometime,it is all begin with us.We must respect to each other.In Islam also teach us to respect
what decision of a person are.There is no compulsion (accepting) the religion (of islam) because
truly the right way has become clearly distinct from error(Al Baqarah:256).It is mean people
have right to choice.So, we must respect what their religion are.Beside that,our government
encourage us to enliven their celebration.In Malaysia,our Prime Minister,Dato Sri Najib Tun

Razak designed an on-going programme called 1Malaysia.That programme launched on 16

September 2010,to more strongly emphasise ethnic harmony,national unity and efficient
governance.
When learning about a persons culture there are many suprises.We may find some things that we
like.For example,the food.Roti canai,nasi lemak and kuih bakul is the most popular food in
Malaysia.Every morning,we can see that many people from many races buy nasi lemak and roti
canai for breakfast.While we buy the food,we can make conversation and that make us closer
with our neighbour.We also can exchange our recepi of our food.When in workplace,we can
share our food which is we make with our workmate.
CONCLUSION
As conclusion,in the dieverse melting-pot in which we live,it is important to get along with as
many different people as one can.While not all of these methods can be applied to every
situation,one thing is for sure.If we treat everyone the same,keep an open mind to their
culture,and try to be as understanding as we can be ,all people can get along.We must bare in
mind there are no people better or worse as a whole.After all,we are all like a family.
