 Strong leadership skills combined with unique international experience (including

the Caspian Sea region). Negotiated a number of critical international contracts
dealing with PSA (production sharing agreement) and related services.

 Managed continual expansion to different kind of business by adding to existing

business line procurement activity, and integrated project management as well as
technical services and supervision.

 Added new clients and got involved in off-shore operations and equipment
refurbishment projects.

 Reduced costs by restructuring back office operations by combining offices in

several different cities, closing the office in Russia, and training local personnel in
computerized accounting, tax reporting, and procurement procedures.

 Streamlined field operations by creating a strong logistics department and

combining responsibilities of field managers.

 Implemented a call-out structure which allows projects for different clients to be

worked on during the same time frame using the same equipment and personnel.
This made better use of existing resources, ultimately increasing the amount of
days with operational rates (the highest possible rates) over a set period of time.

All these measures made it possible to enjoy revenue growth from about 20 to 100
mln USD and profit margin growth from about 18 to 30%.

 Private Client System - Business and software analyst (Consultant).

 Played a key role in the design of a Global Billing System. The idea of this
project was to create a customer-billing system, which handled data from different
regions and would be able to produce diversified types of bills including
multicurrency bills. Was personally responsible for the design of a number of
changes relating to this Global Billing project.
 Also design created new function and corresponded online screens to
accommodate Banking Product Pricing calculations for a multicurrency
environment, as well as made enhancements to batch modules for product price
customization process.

October 1997 – September 1999

Chase Manhattan Bank

 Mortgage system - Business and software analyst (consultant).

 Mortgage system had been designed to support the mortgage origination
processing through the bank, underwrite and fulfill the loan on behalf of CMB.
 Mortgage Administration Tool utilizes a JAVA based web front-end, part of the
Mortgage system, which accesses the mortgage data base via DB2 stored
procedures.

Anderson Consulting (currently Accenture)

 Key role in design of a new Taxation System for number of domestic and international
client. The purpose of this system was to simplify and eventually increase tax collection
using information about business history and current status.

 Participated in the development of a new International Package Tracking application. The

purpose of this system was to provide information about shipping history and current
package status.
 Was responsible for design, coding and implementation of Package Tracking Online
application.
