Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for carrying out day to day financial/ managerial reporting
activities accurately and on a timely basis.

Job Description
Extract relevant information from various systems and obtain inputs from
relevant stakeholders (e.g. projects-related reports, AP Ageing, etc.);
ensure proper cross-checking of information prior to processing and
release

Prepare periodic budget variance reports for review by the Level 4 MIS
Reporting and Level 4 Budgeting prior to circulation to the various DA
Budget Holders. Co-ordinate closely with Budget holders and Budgeting
Analyst(s) to rectify any issue(s) identified
