1.0 OBJECTIVE OF THE PAPER

The purpose of this proposal is to seek approval from concerned authorities or organizations for a
program named GRAND IFTAR AND SOLAT HAJAT 2014 .
2.0 INTRODUCTION
The program will be held on 19th MAY 2013 and it is the final program organized by the MRC of
Mahallah Zubair for the academic calendar Semester 2, 2013/2014. The name of the program is
GRAND IFTAR AND SOLAT HAJAT 2014 which will be held at the Musolla of Mahallah Zubair AlAwwam.
3.0 NATURE OF THE PROGRAMME
This program will emphasize on the need of hopefulness towards Allah SWT. It is also to boost
cooperation spirit among residents of Mahallah Zubair Al-Awwam. Since Mahallah Zubair AlAwwam will undergoes construction during the third semester, we cannot celebrate ramadhan at
our musolla. This program is an early replacement for the grand iftar that we usually organize
during ramadhan. We also wants our residents to have the sense of hopefulness towards Allah
SWT. Since it will be examination period soon, we want to ask dua from Allah SWT to help us after
we have already try our best studying for the whole semester. This is parallel to the vision and
mission of IIUM which is producing a better ummah.
4.0 OBJECTIVE
To emphasize on the need of hopefulness towards Allah SWT
To develop a strong bond of ukhuwwah and silaturrahim between residents.
To foster the stage "soft skills" such as event management as well as administration among

residents.
To evoke awareness among students on the importance of success towards oneself,

parents, society and country.

To mold the students behavior to be more dedicated and responsible in life
To instill the sense of gratefulness and united.

To enhance the participants soft skills such as communication skill, leadership skill and
critical thinking skill.
