Professional Internship Program (PIP): Non-paid structured training

internships in all academic disciplines for students & recent graduates
18 30 years old. Positions are Australia wide.
Hospitality Internship Program (HIP): Paid structured training for
Hospitality and Culinary students and recent graduates 18 30 years
old in Front Office, Food & Beverage and Culinary with 4 5 star hotel
and resort chains Australia wide. Location flexibility required.
Stipend Internship Program (SIP): Structured training internships in
Business, Marketing, HR and IT offering a stipend (meals & travel
allowance) of $600 - $900 per month for students & recent graduates
with minimum 4 months relevant experience. Location flexibility
required. WHV/W&HV candidates only.

Application Fee is non-refundable.

Hospitality candidates are required to complete the RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) at an additional cost of $110 or $150 in NSW. RSA is a pre-requisite for all Hospitality (Food and Beverage Department only) to be completed prior to internship
commencement. Online course is available for Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia and New South Wales. For Tasmania and Victoria, RSA has to be conducted on site.
Insurance = $20 per week. 4 wks additional insurance is charged to allow for travel periods in Australia. Interns are required to have insurance for the entirety of their stay under AI sponsorship (416 or 402 visa) alternative visa holders are strongly encouraged to have suitable cover for their entire
period of stay in Australia.
The Food Safety Training is non-compulsory. It is available through Australian Internships to all Food Production interns at a cost of $120.
Special circumstances may require Professional Internship Program candidates to apply for the 402 Training and Research Visa.
Spouse Included in the Visa Application: 402 Visa additional cost = $1680 (Administration fee $500; Refundable bond $1000; Visa application fee $180) spouse working permit 20 hours per week. 416 Visa additional cost = $1865 (Administration fee
$500; Refundable bond $1000; Visa application fee $365) Spouse working permit is full time. In case of unlawful conduct the bond may not be refunded or may be partially refunded. The person who paid the bond must bear the risk of any
monetary losses resulting from currency exchange rate movements during the period that the bond is held.
Goods and Services Tax of 10% is payable for Internship Program fees and select services paid for in Australia. Payments made from overseas are GST exempt.
