1. Caller Tunes: It refers to what the caller hears when he calls a subscriber. The service provider
provides a number of tones from which the subscriber can choose his favourite one and he can
even record a personal message to be set as his caller tone.
2. Missed Call Alert: If for whatever reason a subscribers phone turns off or if he goes into a low
service area where he is unable to receive incoming calls, the telecom provider gives him a
notification of his missed calls.
3. Railway PNR Status: Using this service the user can text his PNR number to a given number
of the service provider and he can get the status of his railway booking.
4. Jokes Pack: Once subscribed the user user receives daily jokes from the service provider. He
can also set the frequency with which he wishes to receive the messages.
5. Live Cricket Score Update: In the event on an ongoing cricket match, the subscriber can
subscribe to this service and receive notification of the score in his mobile.
6. Games: The user can directly play HTML 5 based games on his phones browser directly. It is
compatible on all handsets and there is no need to download anything.
7. Music: The subscriber can listen to his her favourite songs on demand by calling a certain
specific number.
8. Phone Contact Backup: The user can backup all of his contacts onto the service providers
servers which can be accessed in the event if the phone is lost or the contacts accidentally
deleted. The service provider ensures full confidentiality and encrypted backup of the contacts.
9. Movie Show Timings: The user can send a message to some predefined number and check
the show timings of all the latest movies in all the theatres near him.
10. Live TV: The telecom service provider provides some channels which can be streamed directly
onto the mobile phone and watched from anywhere live.
11. Astrology: The user can get astrology tips from the leading astrologists including personalised
horoscopes, almanac and vastu tips.
12. Live Counselling: The user can call a specific number and can get counselling regarding
matters such as studies, health etc.
13. Devotional: The service provider can provide the user with sayings from the Gita, Bible or
Quran depending on the choice of the user.
14. Conference Call Record: Once enabled the user can choose to record any of his conference
calls onto the service providers servers which can later be burned onto a CD drive and
delivered to users address.

15. News Pack: The user can decide the category of news which he wants to be read with and
also the frequency with which he wishes to be notified.
16. Weather Updated: The user can check for the temperature, humidity and rainfall prediction of
his current location or of any other location of his choice.
17. Location Sharing: This feature allows parents to monitor the location of their children remotely
provided both the parent and the sibling are on the same network and this feature has been
enabled.
18. Jobs Pack: The user can get notifications from the leading sites including Naukri and
monster.com
19. Social Network Pack: Using this pack the user can access Facebook, Twitter from anywhere
even without a working internet connection.

using the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) to facilitate mobile banking.
