Manage and develop the international programs: TEFL/TESOL Certification, Native
Spanish Program, Volunteer and Internships and Adventure and Culture.
Recruit, train, lead and evaluate a team of eight foreign and Guatemalan full-time
staff: two client service managers, four field managers, a medical specialist and a
construction foreman.
Develop and maintain relationships with over 40 NGOS with different focuses
including teaching English.

partner organizations.

operating costs of The Phoenix Projects; keeping 1,020 children in education.
Created a donor base for Fly The Phoenix by marketing them through their website,
newsletters and by using Google Adwords and BT MyDonate.
Developed & implemented the five-year fundraising strategy including fundraising
streams, marketing and donor communications using multiple income streams;
individuals, challenges, newsletters, annual Christmas campaign, email, celebration,
major donor, corporate, trusts and foundations, event, online, shopping and school
fundraising, raising over $160,000.
Started, developed and maintained relationships with key donors, stakeholders and
funders, including the Silicon Valley Foundation and smaller foundations.
Designed, developed and presented talks to inspire staff, teachers, volunteers and
fundraisers to support the vision of the organization.

passing the school year.
