Manage and develop the international programs: TEFL/TESOL Certification, Native
Spanish Program, Volunteer and Internships and Adventure and Culture.
Recruit, train, lead and evaluate a team of eight foreign and Guatemalan full-time
staff: two client service managers, four field managers, a medical specialist and a
construction foreman.
Develop and maintain relationships with over 40 NGOS with different focuses
including teaching English.
Directly involved with managing relationships with our local and international
partner organizations.

passing the school year.
