As one of two Joint Venture partners appointed as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the
Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID) project, we are looking for highly skilled
and committed professionals to join us in this endeavour.

Located in Pengerang, Johor, the RAPID project, an undertaking by PETRONAS, aims at building a
world-scale integrated refinery and petrochemical complex to address the growing need for specialty
chemicals and to meet the demand for petroleum and commodity petrochemical products in the Asia
Pacific region.

TYPICAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Basic Diploma or Degree in any field.

2 years experience in coordinating projects, exposure in mega project will be a plus.

Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To develop a Schedule compliant with the selected execution strategy and to plan in order
to mitigate risks and reduce costs and prevent any delay when assigned to project.

To define and optimize the necessary resources (E-P-C-I), Project Breakdown Structures

To define the Planning & Scheduling system (methods, procedures, time-schedules,

physical progress, dashboards, etc.)

To prepare proposals defining for Management and the Proposal Manager, Contract
duration that is realistic and feasible for execution.

Responsible for the development, updating and maintenance of project Planning &
scheduling

systems

procedures,

time-schedules,

physical

progress,

dashboards, etc)
