This Chapter will look at teams, teams development and change from a
number of perspective and will be asking a number of pertinent question:
This chapter aims to enhance understanding of the nature of teams and how
they develop, identify how teams perform in change situations, and social
entity embedded in one or more larger social systems, and who manage
their relationships across organizational boundaries.
Cohen and Bailey (1997) define a team as a collection of individuals who are
interdependent in their tasks, who share responsibility for outcomes, who see
themselves and who are seen by others as an
