Like notice u r breathing even though ur looking at the screen and be thankful t
o Allah. For breathing , thinking , ur eyes , ur hands , u can hear without effo
rt be thankful.
Be thankful for always having food on table , water to drink , for ur parents ,
kids , family , money , job , business. Health Just be grateful and give thanks
for everything around u and u will find many many things to be thankful for.
Just concentrate on things u have and be thankful.
Jo Jo ALLAH na dya ha uska Bhi aur Jo Dana wala ha rasta maan haa us Ka Bhi shuk
ar Ada karaan.
And also things u don't have. Be thankful for them in trust & faith that ALLAH w
ill provide soon. Be grateful.

Alhumdullila. ( all praises are for ALLAH )
What does it mean ? It means if it is a praise ( tareef ) it's Allahs not urs or
any one else ..
When I first learned Quran I started doing thanks for everything then after a wh
ile everything started working out for me automatically.
What ever I wanted started coming to me. My ego became bigger & bigger and I sta
rted thinking ( I am so powerful what ever I think happens ) I started shouting
& fighting with everyone for small mistakes and then a lot of problems came and
i was back to square one.(all good was eather destroyed or lost its advantage )
But because I had developed a habit of thankfulness again things started working
out again the whole cycle repeated. For 7 years I was trapped.
Until 3 years ago I learned the meaning of alhumdullila.
Now even when I am alone I don't let myself think ( look how I did this or that
) I seriously believe & try to focus on alhumdullila at all times.
I don't let my ears listen to a praise & even my family is not allowed to praise
me they know if they really want to praise me or themselves just concentrate on
alhumdullila and its meaning.
If some one comes to praise me I try to stop them if I can and tell them the mea
ning of alhumdullila or i just keep quite say alhumdullila

Even if I know that they do not know what I mean. I know mostly ppl think alhumd
ullila means ALLAH Ka shukar ha. Which it doesn't.
It means praises are only for ALLAH. In QURAN Allah says what ever good happens
to u Its because of Allah and whatever wrong happens it's because what u have pu
t fourth with ur own hands. ALHUMDULLILA..
Now I don't need to act humble I am humble alhumdullila. Because i know I am not
hing .
It's Allah everywhere & in everything in my mind giving ideas in my mouth giving
words.inside and out in the physical making situations and circumstances. Alhum
dullila.

1.It is the best Surah for the fulfillment of desires.

I have been learning Surah alfatiha from 10 years now.
What I discovered is that this Surah like all of QURAN evolves in u every time u

Sarri tareefeen Allah ki haan joo sari jahanoon KA Malik ha.

My family ALLAH is Malik/lord
My business ALLAH is Malik/lord

My health ALLAH is Malik/lord
My wealth ALLAH is Malik/lord

Rehman /compassionate means. His nature that he gives to everyone like.

Even a bad person gets some happiness in life .
And he compassionately gives to everyone.
Raheem. Love he gives us specially
Some abilities that no one else have.
Unique gifts. For his slaves & servants.

ant Is that we get all the power from the God of Akhrat. (Or awal. When there wa

Now remember what QURAN says.
After kayamat (Armageddon)ALLAH will ask three times koi haa koi haa koi haa. (I

There will be nothing and no answer.
Now imagine in the mind that everything and all the jahaans are finished.
When u finish every thing only then u can
feel
Him.
Completely blank mind. Everything finished.
Now u can feel him. ( Pls do the excercise )

U see the word is help. It's not begging. God does not grant beg.
Basically I am doing something and asking his help in it. And his guidance in it
. Not sitting at home and begging.
(After namaz haat utha ka 100-200 cheezeen mang lii. Thinking its a lottery tick
et Shayad kuch fit hoo jai. Without much attachment or commitment with the thing
s. Or any intention for doing anything about them. )

Aa mera Malik mujaa seedha rasta deekha.
See u are asking him to show u the way to get that thing but u have to go get it
u r only asking for help and guidance. not telling him to just hand that thing
to u ..
