WashingtonresignedhiscommissionbeforetheContinentalCongressDecember23,1783,

and, May 7, 1784, appointed Thomas Jefferson Minister Plenipotentiary. From here,
September14,1786,theAnnapolisConventionissuedthecalltothestatethatledtothe

FollowingthePeaceTreatyin1898,andthecessationofterritorialrightsofthe
ExistingSovereigntytoU.S.M.G.inthesurrenderoftheSpanishtroops,TheTreatyof

PeacebetweentheUnitedStatesandSpain(TREATYOFPARIS)wassignedonDec.10,
1898,andcametoforceApril11,1899,Article3specifiedSpaincededtotheU.S.the
Philippines in the Peace Treaty. That, United States was designated as the receiving
country,inthetransferoftheSOVEREIGNTYofthePhilippinesfromSpaintotheUnited
StatesconductedthruU.S.M.G.andthisisaninterimstatuscondition,specifiedupon
thedateofcession,underTHEINTERNATIONALLAW,anauthorizedCivilUnitedStates
astheReceivingCountryforthecession,governmentforthePhilippines,towhomthe
PrincipalOccupyingPowercanrelinquishTerritory,NOW,EXIST!

The U.S. CONGRESS drafted the Philippine Constitution which was ratified in
1935,thisoccurredduringthetimeoftheCommonwealthAct733betweenUnitedStates
and Republic of the Philippines 19011946; And an inauguration of Philippine
IndependenceforcivilAdministrationwasenforcedonthe4thofJuly,1946;(Seebelow

Section1.ThePhilippinescomprisesalltheterritorycededtotheUnitedStatesbytheTREATYOF
PARIS concluded between the United States and Spain on the tenth day of December, eighteen
hundredandninetyeight, thelimitswhichare setforthin ArticleIIIofsaidtreaty,together
withalltheislandsembracedinthetreatyconcludedatWashingtonbetweentheUnitedStates
andSpainontheseventhdayofNovember,nineteenhundred,andthetreatyconcludedbetweenthe
UnitedStatesandGreatBritainontheseconddayofJanuary,nineteenhundredandthirty,andall
territoryoverwhichthepresentGovernmentofthePhilippineIslandsexercisesjurisdiction.

DeclarationofPrinciples

Section1.ThePhilippines,isarepublicanstate.Sovereigntyresidesinthepeopleandallgovernment
authorityemanatesfromthem.

Section2.ThedefenseoftheStateisaprimedutyofgovernment,andinthefulfillmentofthisdutyall
citizensmayberequiredbylawtorenderpersonalmilitaryorcivilservice.

Section3.ThePhilippinesrenounceswarasaninstrumentofnationalpolicy,andadoptsthegenerally
acceptedprinciplesofinternationallawaspartofthelawoftheNation.

However,inthe1935Constitution,anOrdinancewasAppended,provisionsfor
relinquishmentweremade.Pleasereviewtheattachedclippedpage;

Notwithstandingtheprovisionsofsectionone,ArticleThirteen,andsectioneight,ArticleFourteen,
oftheforegoingConstitution,duringtheeffectivityoftheExecutiveAgreemententeredintobythe
PresidentofthePhilippineswiththePresidentoftheUnitedStatesonthefourthofJuly,nineteen
hundredandfortysix,pursuanttotheprovisionsofCommonwealthActnumberedsevenhundred
andthirtythree,butinnocasetoextendbeyondthethirdofJuly,nineteenhundredandseventy
four,thedisposition,exploitation,development,andutilizationofallagricultural,timber,and
minerallandsofthepublicdomain,waters,minerals,coal,petroleum,andothermineraloils,all
forcesofpotentialenergy,andothernaturalresourcesofthePhilippines,andtheoperationof
publicutilities,ifopentoanyperson,beopentocitizensoftheUnitedStatesandtoallformsof
businessenterprisesownedorcontrolled,directlyorindirectly,bycitizensoftheUnitedStatesin
thesamemannerasto,andunderthesameconditionsimposedupon,citizensofthePhilippinesor
corporationsorassociationsownedorcontrolledbycitizensofthePhilippines.

ArticleXIIITheRightofpropertysecuredbycopyrightandpatentsacquiredbySpaniardsintheIslandofCuba
andinPuertoRico,thePhilippinesandothercededterritories,atthetimeoftheexchangeoftheratificationsof
thistreaty,shallcontinuetoberespected.Spanishscientific,literaryandartisticworks,notsubversiveofpublic
orderintheterritoriesinquestion,shallcontinuetobeadmittedfreeofdutyintosuchterritories,fortheperiod
oftenyears,tobereckonedfromthedateoftheexchangedoftheratificationsofthistreaty.
ArticleXIVSpainwillhavethepowertoestablishconsularofficersintheportsandplacesoftheterritories,the
sovereigntyoverwhichhasbeeneitherrelinquishedorcededbythepresenttreaty.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Amendment of 1987 Constitution, Article XVI,

Section 2, provides a new nation and government, by the Philippines Congress, the
I.P.R.A.8371,asthePRIMARYGOVERNMENT,SOVEREIGNTY,ratifiedin1997THISIS
LONGOVERDUEANDOVERLYEXTENDEDBYTHEREPUBLICOFTHEPHILIPPINESAND

However, the present Transitional President, H.E. B.S. Aquino, failed the task
underhiselectoralvictoryasPresident,inpromulgatingtheArticleXVIIITransitionof
the1987Constitution,forgoodgovernanceandadministrationinitsvirtue,byenforcing
the Hereditary Succession of interest of the International Instrument, to the Primary
Existing Government for the New Philippines! KINGDOM FILIPNA HACIENDA, THE
AUTOCRATIC MONARCHY DECLARED since March 23, 2008, hereof: ( Attached PDF

IN SUMMARY HERE OF, KINGDOM FILIPINA HACIENDA, empowerment, seeks

support, and justice to the U.S.M.G., the United States of America and citizenry and
friendsoftheRepublicofthePhilippines,whoareRESPONSIBLEfortheRelinquishment,
andCessionasdescribedintheRATIFICATIONDIAGRAMofthePEACETREATY,address
to ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, to help rise THE SOVEREIGNTY. It has been long
conspired,corruptedbythepoliticalstatusquo"Statesmen",andtheyhaveimpededthe
policytorespecttherightsoftheIndigenousGrandfathertribes,andfailedtoprotect
undertheprovisionsoftheFederalConstitutionandoftheRepublic,ontheexistingrights
of ownership since time immemorial. Said rights were decided in 1764. Now we, the
SOVEREIGNTYDECLARESTHESTATUSQUOHASCEASEDTOEXIST,forthesakeofthe
Worldshumanity,andtopreventGODSANGERtotheworldandtotheadministration
that governs His chosen people, the righteous and the living faithful serving God and
Country.
