Followingourtelephoneconversationearliertoday,wewishtoinformyouthat
thevalueofyourPersonalMemberAccount(PMA)undertheabovenamed
FundamountedtoRs13,132.atendofNovember2015.

Optionsfortheaccumulatedbenefits
Sinceyouhadmorethan2yearsofserviceatyourdateofexit,asper
regulationsgoverningpensionbenefitsinMauritius,youareentitledtotheTotal
PersonalMemberAccount(PMA)i.e.theaccumulatedvalueofthecontributions
madeinyourrespectundertheFund.

Howeverthisamountmustremainforpensionpurposesonlyandwillbe
consideredas'portable'.

Youhavethefollowingoptions:

1)TransferringtheamountofthePMAtotheApprovedPensionSchemeofa
newEmployer;or

2)TransferringtheamountofthePMAtoaPersonalPensionPlanwithan
Insurancecompany(theseplansareapprovedbytheRegulatoryBodyasthe
onlyplansorschemesintowhichretirementbenefitsaccruedunderanypension
arrangementcanbetransferred);or

3)KeepingthePMAinSuperFunduntilyoureachanappropriateretirementage
(inMauritiustheminimumageis50),inwhichcasenomorecontributionswill
bemadetotheFundasfromthedateofleavingemploymenttothedateyou
reachtheselectedretirementage.YourPMAisstillinvestedandwillstillbe
investedwiththeFunduntilthedateyouchoosetoconvertittoapension(or
transferittoanotherpensionarrangementasperoptions1and2above).

Shouldoption1or2beexercised,theactualvalueofyourPMAatthedateof
transferwillbedeterminedbytheunitpriceatthevaluationdatefollowingthe
cancellationofunits.ThevalueofyourPMAatthedateofcancellationmaygo
upordown.
WeunderstandthatyouwishtotransferthebenefitstoaPersonalPensionPlan
withSwanLife.
