Ladies Night Out is an expo focusing on women.

It is held every year in April at the Sauk Centre Civic
Arena.
In 2015 we had about 1600 people at the expo with
95 exhibitor spaces.
Grand prizes are given at the end of the evening.
The 2016 grand prize is a $1500 travel voucher
Dancin Off Broadway, the Dancin Dads and Just
for Kix will be performing.
Ladies Night Out has a variety of exhibitors, from
food, health, finance and at-home products to
furniture and much more.
Ladies Night Out is advertised very well. Full page ads in the Star Shopper for at least 6 weeks (usually
more) and ads in the Classy Canary, Sauk Centre Herald, Melrose Beacon and Albany Enterprise. It is also
advertised on KASM radio for one week prior to the show.

BOOTHS: Exhibitors have the option of either a 10 x 10 or an 8 x 8 space. See next page for more details.
BOOTH PRIZE: We will be giving away a best booth prize again this year. To be eligible for this, you must
decorate according to this years theme Wild Wild West.
PRODUCTS: Exhibitors are welcome to sell products at the show, however this is an expo. The intent and
purpose is to offer exposure for businesses that participate as exhibitors and to offer business owners an
opportunity to network with each other.
REGISTRATION AND ADVERTISING DEADLINES: Please fill out the enclosed registration form and liability
form and return them to the Sauk Centre Herald as soon as possible. BOOTHS ARE ON A FIRST COME
FIRST SERVE BASIS. Exhibitors will be listed in the advertising done before the event. An insert will be sent
out the week before the show in the Star Shopper. The insert will have a list schedule and list of exhibitors.
ELECTRICITY: If you want electricity at your booth, you must sign up for it on your registration form.
If you are not signed up for electricity, you will not be able to get it the day of the show. You will need to
provide a minimum 50 high quality electrical cord. You will need to have your electrical items at your exhibit
by 3:00 pm. Food booths the electrician is scheduled to be at the arena at 2:00 pm. Please have your
electrical items there by 2:00 pm.
DOOR PRIZES: You are welcome to give away door prizes. As in the past, we will give away the grand
prizes at the end of the evening. We will announce prize winners throughout the evening, but please write
down your winners. We are not able to write down all of the winners from every booth. If you want us to
publish your winners after the show, you must fax, e-mail or bring a list into the Herald by May 4, 2016. Fax to:

SETUP
18th Annual

Wild Wild

Setup is April 27nd from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm and

all day April 28th. Please have your exhibit
fully set up by 3:30 pm. This gives us time to
take care of last-minute details.
Booth assignments will be available at the arena
when you set up.
All booths must remain set up and manned the
entire evening. Please do not take down your
exhibit until after the grand prizes are given away.
All booths must be staffed. No booths are to be
set up with only information left on tables for
people to take.

Exhibitors are allowed to sell products in your booth, but please do not place items in the isles or take items
to other areas of the building.
Booth placement is not guaranteed, however we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We will also
do our best to not place you by your competitors.
No booth space may be sublet.
Curtains: We have curtains separating the booths. The convention service asks that you do not put pins in
the curtains.
All booths must be taken down after the show on April 28th. The convention service comes early the next
morning to take down the curtains. There are other events at the Civic Arena during the weekend and we
will need to be completely cleaned up by Friday morning at 9:00 am.
No offensive material allowed No adult-themed party plans allowed unless preapproved. The Sauk
Centre Herald/Star Publications, LLC reserves the right to refuse objectionable material.
Cancellation Policy: NO EXCEPTIONS
o If you cancel 4 weeks prior to the event, you will receive of the price of your booth as a refund.
o If you cancel 3 weeks prior to the event, you will receive of the price of your booth as a refund.
o If you cancel 2 weeks or less prior to the event, you forfeit the full price of your booth. NO refund will
be given.
PLEASE NOTE: All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

As consideration of the Sauk Centre Herald consenting and agreeing to permit the
undersigned, hereinafter referred to as EXHIBITOR, to participate in the Ladies Night
Out, EXHIBITOR agrees that the Sauk Centre Herald, its agents or employees SHALL
NOT BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE TO EXHIBITOR AND SHALL BE SAVED AND
HELD HARMLESS BY EXHIBITOR FROM ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY TO EXHIBITORS
PERSON OR PROPERTY, CAUSED BY EXHIBITORS NEGLIGENCE OR NEGLIGENCE of
the Sauk Centre Herald, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, INVITEES OR GUESTS. EXHIBITOR
FURTHER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY THE SAUK CENTRE HERALD FOR ANY AND ALL
DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXHIBITOR FOR CLAIMS FILED AGAINST THE SAUK CENTRE
