National Conference on

Climate Change Impacts and Natural

Resource Management
18 & 19th February 2016
One of the major challenges facing the natural
resource planning community in developing
countries is assessing the impact of the climate
change and variability on natural resources due to
the reliability of future projections and limits their
usefulness to decision management. Periodic
syntheses of the ever-expanding knowledge about
climate change, impacts on natural resources and
associated ecosystems, are necessary for effective
policy formulation. Thus, climate change impacts
and natural resource management are placing a
high demand on the attention. In connection to this
Centre for Climate Change and Adaptation
Research, Anna University, Chennai is pleased to
announce the National Conference on Climate
Change Impacts and Natural Resource
Management, to take place 18 & 19th February,
2016, in Chennai.
