Christina Gerrish Nelson's practice focuses on the resolution


of construction and co mmercial claims and disputes. A
skilled trial lawyer and advocate, Christina has represented
contractors, owners, developers, and businesses in all phases of
litigation. As a mediator, Christina works with parties to facilitate
communica tion, address conflict and achieve settlem ent.
Christina has extensive training in alternative dispute resolution
through Pepperdine's LL.M. program and was selected for the
201 4 AAA Higginbotham Fellows Program. Christina is honored
to serve as the current Board President of Mother Attorneys
Mentoring Association of Seattle (MAMA Seattle), was on the
Board of the Northwest Justice Project for nine years (three as
President), and volunteers with the Campaign for Equal Justice.

Emmelyn is a partner in the firm's Seattle office, where she leads


its appellate practice in Wasl1ington. Her practice embraces a
broad range of legal matters in the sta te and federal courts.
Emmelyn earned her B.A. from the University of Washington
and received her J.D. from the Sea ttle University School of Law,
where she was an officer of the Moot Court Board and an invited
member of the Order of Barristers. Following law school, she
clerked at the Washington Supreme Court. Emmelyn has twice
been named to Wasl1ington Rising Stars and is a member of the
Washington Appellate Lawyers Associa tion. She has also been
honored by the National Society of Daughters of tl1e America n
Revolution as the National Ou tstanding Junior for her vital
contribu tions to her community.

Aimee Willig is a partner of the firm of Bush Strout & Kornfeld


LLP. Aimee joined the firm in 1993 after her externship to the
late Judge Sidney Volinn, United States Bankruptcy Court. Her
practice focuses on representation of companies, creditors, and
tru stees in the areas of commercial bankruptcy, out-of-court
restructurings, and workouts. Aimee has served as mentor
to Seat tl e University law students in providing pro bono
bankruptcy-related legal servi ces. She is past-Chair of the

Antoinette M . Davis is a debt attorney, focusing on consumer

practice emphasizes business and commercial disputes, fraud,
employment defense, torts, and products liability. Having
prac ticed with large law firms and as insurance defense counsel,

arbitrator and has been approved as a CR 39.1 mediator. From
1993 to 1g95, Diana served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable
Rosselle Pekelis (retired) for the Washington State Supreme

earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the Seattle University
School of Law in 1993.

Anne Bremner has delivered favorable trial verdicts in some of


th e nation's toughest cases. A litigation shareholder and trial
attorney for 29 years, her lauded private practice at Anne Bremner
PC and special counsel for Frey Buck focus on government
liabilities and personal injury. Bremner was the successful
defense cou nsel in Viii Fuafaau v. Highfine Sch oof District and
the Des Moines Police Department (Mary Kay Letourneau case).
In addition, she defended class actions following WTO (Battle
of Sea ttle) which included the Sea ttle Police Department Police
Dogs, a national test case brought by the ACLU. Bremner was
also the lead trial attorney for the Olympic Pipe Line Company,
resolving $500 million in cl aims after a massive pipeline rupture.

she represents individuals and families in Chapters 7 and
13 bankruptcies and in adversary proceedings. She further
litigates consumer matters, including debt collections abuses,
foreclosure and mortgage related issues, adverse u edit reporting,

and consumer protection violations. Prior to starting her own law


firm, Ms. Davi s worked at a Seattle bankruptcy boutique, where
she headed the consumer litigation practice. She also had the

Emilia L. Sweeney focuses her practice on complex li tigation


involving deceptive and unfair business practices, insurance
matters and trade secrets and has litigated a broad array of
product and product liability suits. She has represented small
businesses and large institutions alike in individual suits, mass
torts and class actions. Ms. Sweeney also advises clients who
manufacture or sell consumer products in the U.S. on compliance
with rules and regulations gov rned by the Consumer Product
Safety Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, the Food
and Drug Administration, and California's Prop. 65. She assists
manufacturers and retailers in pre-launch product audits and
product recalls and in developing risk management strategies to

Tana Lin is a member of Keller Rohrback's complex litigation


group. Her practice spans representing employees in class action
cases alleging breach of fiduciary duties by their employers
in violati on of ERISA, to sharehold ers of mutual funds in suits
alleging breaches of fiducia ry duty by the investment advisors in
violation of the Investment Company Act, to nurses alleging that
hospitals depressed th eir wages in violation of the Sherman Act.
Ms. Lin began her legal career as a trial attorney with the Public
Defender Service for the District of Columbia. She then joined and
became a senior trial attorney with the Employment Litigation
Section of the Civil Rights Division of the DOJ and, subsequently,
the Chicago District Office of the EEOC. Ms. Lin was the litigation
coordinator for the Michigan Poverty Law Program.
