The first definition of the culture which E. B. Taylor announced contained the view that a culture isn't
a thing but an idea, concept, of how people think, they believe, how they do some things and in which
way. However the sense of the term in some countries changed the significance. From his point of
view it is the entire range of comprising human actions involving in terms, more closely starting with
the knowledge being limited to emotions.
People over the centuries cultivated traditions, rituals that characterized the identity of the tribe, group,
or nation; these features united community. The progress of civilization which is increasingly
interfering in our culture, constantly changes its perception by each generation. It is difficult to answer
the question of what culture is, but likely to know that people without it they can not exist.
Referring to the text, we learn three types of culture, human life, system diagrams, eksploring
ecosystems. Answering farther what rely on for us connections are appearing, ideological networks
which subgroups form and are coexisting. Shows us a map which is affiliated with one another as a
network of neurons that depend on each other.
What is culture for me?
Culture for me is a set of defining characteristics of each person, standards ideological way of
education, the environment in which we live, progress, faith, traditions, coexistence with other people.
Acquired traits that are quite dependent on place of residence define our world view that afterwards
through various incentives is subject to verification as far as we grow. Our character reflects our
culture of being, respect and affection towards others.
As a nation we have in common some qualities as human beings are also many features connecting us,
but each has a very different standards, different understanding of the wider culture. Culture is also
identity, something that holds us together, a binder or a religious or scientific national makes us feel as
a community. Our culture also developed over the years, you can say that we are a continuation of
developed cognitive standards. Goals set in life, making them richer and more valuable help us to

increase awareness of the cultural unit and thus the entire society. That's the progress on a continuous
quest for self-improvement of our natural capabilities.
Discussion
Along from my with friends we brought up the subject of immigrants and the different culture flowing
in to Poland. The current situation is alarming, because is threatening our European civilization and
the culture and the ethnicity developed by hundreds of years. Moreover vast quantities flowing in of
immigrants are worn away with the unknown until now with cultural base. A problem of the
assimilation causes it.
The man is adopting the knowledge, customs and ethnic ideas of the environment in which he lives
from the birth. Adult people freed from the environment of the Arab world and moved to the west
culture aren't able to cope with norms of contemporary Europe. Culture of European-west became too
open to strange cultures. In our opinion such a large crowd of immigrants towards the amount has
residents of individual nations adverse impact to our values.
The Arabic culture is connected very firmly with their religion which influences all fields of their life.
Very much it is noticeable exactly in architecture. Studying this field we notice the too strong diversity
what can disrupt our European performance, but only in the moment when too many of her will be.
As an architect
Being an architect the man is deciding on the forming of the space around people, erecting buildings
which they are dividing or the connection depending on the need. The conscious architect according to
my opinion is designing for the culture. We are creating the culture alone, the architect as the creator
of the space is a tool by which we are verifying her in different way, dependent on needs. It isn't easy
to reach the planned effect of the join of the space and people in one place, when in fact we have a
sheet of paper and the broadness of one's mind ahead of us. Through attentive observation of human
behaviours, habits, customs, aesthetics and the ergonomics and most importantly we are finding the
concertina context of our identity which can also be shown in the form of the building.

Let us give examples to it of Cracow which with one's character, presentation (developed by hundreds
of years also by our ancestors) wonderfully is showing achievements of the Polish culture and
integration of people in the space. No Pole now is imagining Poland without the Wawel, the Dragon of
Wawelski, the Old Town and the St Mary's Church. These buildings, and the legendary dragon and
symbols included in them are resulting in the receipt of the space, with which people are creating
awarenesses along with buildings and consequently cultural.
But if only to understand other cultures the need is a lot of time and concentrations, and nobody for us
won't guarantee the correctness of performed action, only a life in so-called for "practice".
