If I judge someone else and call them a


stranger,
alien,
foreigner,
different,
awkward, unusual then I know that
someone with those same attributes is
inside of me waiting for me to recognize,
acknowledge and integrate them.

energy in becoming ourselves, instead of
trying to be someone else.
We become owners of our own lives.

Remedios Varo: Presencia inquietante

Thanks to this process, I can work even with


the most difficult person or someone from the
most diverse background. I know how to deal
with myself as I never did before.
The integration of my rejected selves allowed
me to feel integrated at the managerial level.
Agreement and coordination are no longer a
problem to solve.
The obstacles were inside my chest.
