MODE OF RECRUITMENT
SELECTION: - The utmost attention is given to recruitment of our personal in accordance
with stringent parameters laid down as policy. This includes education, age, physical fitness and
backgrounds. All employees are subjected to rigorous vetting. Further the internal security
department is responsible for verification and background checks on services records of each
employee.

TRAINING: - Before development, it is mandatory for all employees to undertake a basic

security training course which is the necessary skill to perform duties. In addition to lessons on
basic guarding skills to the rudiments of first aid, Fire fighting and self defence.The traing process is
on going and progressive throught the employee career to refresh and further develop their
knowledge.

SUPREVISION: - We also realize that supervision is equally important in order to provide
