Deputy Commissioner
Use or Disposal of Sewage Sludge (40 CFR Part 503), the City of New York,
Bureau of Wastewater Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) has submitted herewith, one

annual report for each of the fourteen (14) Publicly Owned Treatment Works

As a generator and/or preparer of sewage sludge, NYCDEP has provided the
following requisite information, in each annual report, for the reporting period of
January 1, through December 31, 2007:

d. Name and address of the preparer and/or land applier who received the sewage
sludge next;

Analytical results, reported as milligrams per kilogram, expressed as a dry


weight, from monitoring pollutant concentrations in the sewage sludge. Also
included, are the prescribed analytical methods, the frequency of sewage
sludge sampling/monitoring, and the types of samples collected;

g. A certification statement and description of how the pathogen reduction


requirements were met, including, the type of process used, the standard
operating procedures;

h. A description of how the vector attraction reduction requirements were met


and a certification statement that the vector attraction reduction
requirements were met; and,

1. A listing of all relevant environmental (Federal, State or Local) permits or


construction approvals received or applied for.
