Introduction
Portable Document Files are developed by several entities to provide user interface
support to readers and save files from potential changes in context and conscious or unconscious
updates in the context of document (Lovegrove & Brailsford, 1995). The PDF files are
developed easily and have the ability to compress large data and are the have been introduced in
the business and academic services in order to provide its users with the ability to keep up in the
in the competitive world by providing users with the ability to read, comment, highlight, autoread and skim through the document (Jian & Bin, 2011).
The developed files are usually secured and protected so that unauthorized access to
document can be restrained, however, this protection makes the reader unable to print and reuse
the file if needed. The watermarks created in the document makes the context of document
unreadable due to its graphics and interface and disable the print features in the document. On
the contrary, if the file is permitted to print then watermarks follows in the hardcopy of the
document which eventually causes the reader to face poor interface of the document (Castiglione
et al., 2010; Bhattacharyya et al., 2010)).
It has also been inferred that PDF files are found difficult to be edited due their interface
and editing compatibility and hence, the files that are already secured cannot be edited by any
means which eventually deteriorates the benefits provided by developing the PDF files (Chen et
al., 2013). Therefore, the readers and editors require such tools that can effectively remove the
protection from the PDF files and ensure no potential changes are made in the context and format
of the PDF file by the tool. In this way, the users can update and edit the files in accordance to
their requirement and can benefit from the enhanced features of the document (Zhao Luo, 2011).
contextual data is encrypted in such manner that the watermarks are removed and eventually, the
user interface in enhanced. iSkysoft also enables the printing mode of PDF file so that users can
also benefit from the printed version of document. The process of file conversion is simple and
time efficient so that users can be facilitated with the time and easiness of usage factor (iSkysoft,
2015).
