SatNetCom Maritime Service, SatNetCom is designed for the maritime and offshore industries, delivers real- time,
broadband, always-on, fixed-fee connectivity at sea with worldwide coverage. SatNetCom provides a suite of services
ranging from broadband Internet access to secure corporate VPN.
The SatNetCom service can be used on a variety of vessels such as commercial ships, passenger ships, yachts, service
support vessels as well as offshore oil and gas platforms.

The above package plans and VSAT hardware prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
This pricing is valid only for users vessel operating within the satellite coverage map herein.
A minimum of 12 months airtime contract term is required. Customer may sign up for a 12, 36, or 60 month airtime contract terms.
One Time New Activation fee of USD200 applies.
Seasonal suspension of up to 3 months is allowed, provided the contract is extended by the period equal to the suspension.
Deactivation fee of USD100 and Reactivation fee of USD100 applies.
6. Plan upgrades are allowed subject to the user giving 1 months notice. Downgrades and upgrades of a service plan are allowed for
contract term of 12 months and above. An upgrade fee of USD100 and a downgrade fee of USD100 applies.
7. Each vessel shall be assigned with 1 block of 16 public IP addresses Additional IP addresses will be provided (in blocks of 16) upon
request subject to USD10 per block per month payable by the user.
8. Price plans include SatNetCom Support (24x7 Technical Support, System Software Upgrades)
9. Price plans exclude engineering services, cabling, hot work, pedestal support and accessories.
10. Engineering Service is chargeable at USD800 per man day (Mon to Friday), USD1000 (Sat, Sun & Public Holiday & Offshore Certified
Engineer) exclude travel & subsistence.
11. SatNetCom reserves the right to change any package plans from time to time.
