WE, the undersigned complainants, all of legal age, Filipinos and all residents of Sorrel
Residences, a condominium located at 3950 Sociego St., Sampaloc, Manila, after having been
duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:
1. That we are the complainants-unit buyers in the above-entitled case;
2. That we have caused the preparation of the foregoing Complaint;
3. That we have read and understood the contents thereof and that the allegations therein
are true and correct of our own personal knowledge and based on authentic records;
4. That we have not commenced any action or proceeding before any court, tribunal or
any other agency involving the same parties and cause of action, and that to the best
of our knowledge, no such action is pending therein, and should we learn that any
such action or proceeding is pending therein,we will undertake to inform this
Honorable Office within five (5) days from knowledge thereof.
