Ask yourself these questions before you go in to an interview:
1. How will you know when you have become a success?
2. How will you describe yourself with three adjectives?
3. How will your subordinates describe you with three adjectives?
4. What need do you expect to satisfy by accepting this position?
5. If you encountered serious difficulties in this job, what will they be?
6. If you had a choice, will you rather draw up plans or implement them?
7. State three situations in which you did not succeed? Why ?
8. When you fire someone what will be you key objective?
9. What would you do if you detected a peer falsifying an expense report?
10. We all tell the occasional white lies? Give me three examples from your own
professional experience?
11. Describe the best / worst boss you ever had
