Concept maker and implementation leader for mud re-handling productivity improvement
project at PT Adaro Indonesia Coal Mine Area. This project was The Best QCP (Quality Circle
Project) for internal company convention. (reducing operational cost = US$1M per month)
Co-leader and researcher of Drilling and Blasting QCP Team. To improve quality of blasted
material and reduce re-blast activity and to define Standard Operational and Procedure for blasting
activity. Also as an implementation leader of 16 drilling operators and 7 field supervisors.
