material.[4] But, there are some problems of current Network
Educational Resources as follows:

Abstract - As the quick growth of internet services, network


education has grown a main part of current education. At the same
time, semantic-based network educational resource became an
important research field in computer education technology ,lot of
serious problems are in the progress of educational resource
applications, e.g. web resource may not be compatible, and content
may not be relevant to the user, to address these issues, the work
presented in this paper reveals the design and implementation of a
new application framework for network education resources library
with the help of slow intelligence system phases such as enumeration,
adaptation, propagation, elimination & concentration. SIS based
framework, architecture, algorithm and experimental results are
focused.

traditional keyword-based Search technology cannot meet the
needs.

High semantic is necessary for communication between
different educational application platforms. The reason why
making the exchange and sharing of knowledge is difficult.

With the further development of network technology and the


increasing emergence of application requirements, semantic
web becomes a intelligent network in www research field and
a key technology of intelligent network services . The semantic
web can provide more extensive application functions on the
basis of the semantic level applications such as network
services, agent-based distributed computing, semantic-based
search engine, semantic-based digital library and so on.
Network educational resource is an important research field on
computer education technology and AI. Following sections of
this paper describe Related work, Slow intelligence system and
its phases, problem definition and description, Framework
overview, Proposal architecture, Algorithmic steps,
Experimental results and Conclusion

Low Retrieval Efficiency

Lack of Intelligence

A lot of current teaching system cannot provide student


Information automatically for students to do targeted study and
make teachers unable to prepare the suitable learning content.
Show intelligence and its phases:
Regular work of SIS propagates Distributed its experience with
other solution providers. Finally by the way of sharing the
experience feasible solution is attained.
Slow Intelligence System for some can also be a Quick
Intelligence System for others.
A Slow Intelligence System can evolve into a Quick
Intelligence System and vice versa.
The above two points are vital for SIS[3]

RELATED WORK

In Slow intelligence systems initial decision cycle may or


may not provide better result [2]. But, the decision cycles
long runs definitely produce a better solution. The refinement
in multiple solution paths is carried out repeatedly, SIS
confirms the better solution [1].
- Enumeration: In problem solving, the list of
solutions is enumerated until the approximate or appropriate
solution is obtained.
- Propagation: Every SIS knows its context and
environment related to its process. Through the
continuous exchange of information,
SIS transmits information to other (logically or physically
close) SISs.
- Adaptation: Solutions enumerated are adapted to
the circumstance. In some cases, the mutations despite
optimal solutions because some solutions which already
attained in the previous issues.

Constructivist learning theory holds some learning


environment parameters which are context, collaboration,
conversation and meaning build, etc. With the development of
computer network and multimedia technology, the ways people
learn changed a lot under the influence of the constructivist
theory, from traditional to the resource-based teaching and then
to resource-based learning.
With constructivist learning theory as a guide, it is an
important direction of the development of human society in the
21st century digital literacy to build and establish Network
Educational Resources which selects teaching content and
teaching pattern according to the actual situation of students,
and gives different content for every student. Network
Educational Resources originated in the development of

- Elimination: Approximate solutions and solutions


which violating feasibility condition is eliminated, and exact
solutions will be considered for next phase concentration.
- Concentration: In this stage all resources will be
concentrated to implement o nly one appropriate feasible
solution.

PROBLEM DEFINITION AND DESCRIPTION

The definition of the problem is, need a framework to create an


open platform for educational resources interoperation between
heterogeneous users with centralized consent distribution and
storage by the effective approach of SIS.

Web resources may not be compatible to every users in the


internet because its heterogeneous nature and some time
contents may not be relevant to users because of direct
searching method. These issues and etc lead to the need of
interoperable open platform with centralized content
distribution and storage by the help of SIS

Logic part
The main application logic of this proposal system, perform the
retrieval of system knowledge above for particular search and
responsible for all major activities.

FRAMEWORK OVERVIEW

Data Layer

This paper, Introduces a new application framework for


network educational resources library. It can realize the access
and reuse of education resources, achieve the interoperability
between the distributed repositories of educational resources
and optimize resource life-cycle management mechanism most
importantly, it provides semantic-based search global oriented
concept. Framework consist of three parts, its shown in fig (i)
.
Interface (Content Format Mismatch Manager)

This layer is responsible for creating and refining a structural


description of the knowledge base which is the direct source of
knowledge retrieval.
Proposed Architecture:
The learner centric information retrieval method using SIS is
as shown in the fig.(ii).
In which interface solve the incompatible problem of network
resource librarys content sharing and other issues are
managed by SIS logic and data logic.

It is the interactional interface between user and system users


access the system through a browser the user interface is

connector and group of wire based on adaptation
regulation Step 7.1 and Step 7.2.
9. If still no information kept with the data sources then the
keyword adjusted as computer bus because of regulation
of Step 7.1 and repeat Steps 5 to 9. else.
10. Finally SIS logic sends the exact or uttermost close
information about the keyword through interface to
learner.

ALGORITHM FOR LEARNER CENTRIC


INFORMATION RETRIEVAL

Proposed algorithm receives the users keyword and personal


data as input to obtain the information related to keyword by
performing the slow intelligence system phases enumeration,
propagation, adopation, elimination and concentration with the
help of interface, SIS logic and data logic. Keyword(KW) and
Personal Data (DP) are send to Interface to obtain same
formatted information about KW(LRF- Learner Request
Format),but if it is in different format information about key
word is kept in interface, it is converted and return to client
otherwise check the info(KW) in Data Source(DS). If more
than one KW exists then eliminate all except more relevant one
with respect to adaptation parameters AP. and if still no result
KW will be modified as MKW (modified keyword) and repeat
all the process again. Formal algorithmic steps are given
below.

2. If Info (KW) in Interface continue else go to 4
3. If info (KW) in LRF (Leaner Request Format) then return
Info (KW) to Lerner

Convert Info (KW) to LRF
Return LRF (Info (KW)) to Learner

CONCLUSION

In this paper, we have proposed the design & implementation


of a new application framework for network education
resources library. By create an open platform for new
educational resources, achieve interoperation between
heterogeneous resources and realize the centralized
management of resources and contents distribution and storage.
Based on these, the resource library can be sharing,
distributing, open and make interoperation between
heterogeneous resources. With the rapid development of
educational contents, curriculum is also changing. The
production and updation of education resources are more
frequent. The future work through ontology, the internet
content about keyword will also be collected.
