The Super Demand ordinance didn't allow you to control the demands. We have sepa
rated the demands into four ordinances, giving you finer demand controls. In add
ition, the demands are set high for extremely large cities.

Your Sims HQ/EQ can now get an extreme boost from an ordinance. Radical increase

Tired of always expanding your power and water until it seems that half your cit
y is occupied by hydro resources? The water and power conservation ordinance cut
s your sims usage down to 5%, which means you can run a very large city on only
a windmill power generator and a water tower. Talk about radical.

Radical Pollution control are now incorporated in the following ordinances; redu
cing all pollution down to nothing (except for road pollution).

Police has always haunted us with uncontrollable crime. Careful overlapping plac
ement of fire stations is a must if you wish to avoid unexpected fires. The foll
owing ordinances have been tweaked so you no longer need the two most common civ
ic buildings (police and fire stations). However, it seems that a bug exists wit
h the crime ordinance as crime rises exponentially when you reload your cities.
On reloading a city, turn off the "crime doesn't pay" ordinance followed by clic
king on accept before turning it back on.

The following ordinances are tweaked to give you instant gratification of your m
ayor ratings and a large amount of simoleons for your GodFather PRogram. The God
father program also reduces crime down to 0% due to the incorporated simtection
services.

Not a great deal can be done with the following ordinances as they appear on the
ordinance menu after certain buildings have been added and disappears when the
same building is demolished.
Trash Presorting - appears when you add a recycling center, ordinance now reduce
s trash by 25%
Neighborhood Watch - appears when you add a police station, ordinance now reduce
s crime by 25%
Junior Sports - appears when you add certain parks, basketball court etc, ordina
nce now reduces crime by 25%
Landfill Gas Recovery - appears when you have zoned a landfill area and the poll
ution starts to affect the city, ordinance now reduces air pollution by 25%

------------The ordinances should work with existing cities, however it is recommended that
you back up your cities as well as turning off all existing ordinances before ad
